People probably don’t think to review a McDonalds but I just wanted to say that every time I come though, (the only drive through in town) I am greeted by the nicest, most polite employees. They must have a great leader as they all seem happy in their jobs. It’s so nice to be greeted by people who are happy, friendly and personable.
Today, June 11, the washroom cleaning signoff sheet indicates that the washroom hadn't been cleaned since May 30 (12 days). The filth of dried urine and feces confirms this.
No such thing as fast food here. What happened to placing your order, paying for it and then receiving it? Now you have to place your order, then pay for it and then stand around and wait with your order number. Yesterday, I waited for 15 minutes for a very basic order of 2 filet o fish sandwiches. When I spoke with the manager, she apologized and got me 2 other sandwiches because the other ones were cold. Of course, I had to wait even longer. I wasn't offered any compensation such as a voucher or coupon to make up for the inconvenience. Also, the drive thru isn't a drive thru if you have to park your car and wait there too. This has happened to me many times here. One of the only reasons that I go to McDonald's is for convenience. If that is gone, then why bother to go there?
Worst drive thru experience. I ordered a plain burger. They ask me to wait at the drive thru parking. Of course they forgot me, I called the store and ask what's about the long wait ,and they ask me what my order? Seriously. Then one crew rushing an order. When I got my burger, the order is wrong and of course receipt is not provided. I called again to get my email receipt so I can submit a survey to McDonald's customer service to report this poor service. The manager promise to email but fail again.
This Mc donalds on 56st in Delta/Tsawwassen had some of the best costumer service. my friend Tyler and l and his son came in for breakfast, they got my order correct which usually never happens I order extra items, they gave reed a free ice cream and a colouring book. The lady working was extremely friendly and informed us when we sat in the children's area that it hadn't been disinfected for three years and not to sit there. Yeah thumbs up great job ??
This location is available near to tsawwassen mills. ✅Today we tried takeout meal with available vouchers. ✅Our order is Big Mac burger, chicken nuggets, hot chocolate, fries ? & blueberry pomegranate fruit shake. ✅Mac Donald burger & fries are always best. ✅Fruit shake comes with lots of crushed ice. Taste is good but bit spoiled due to more ice. ❌Inspire of vouchers should cover entire meal, they charged additional $2 which is beyond understandable. ❌Thanks
I visited that branch total three times.First time, I ordered cold beverage,they forgot to give me straw.Second time,my family total ordered four burgers,they gave us three.(dine in)the third time, they were going too far! I ordered a chicken burger and a big Mic,,when I went back home, I just got a big Mic and A SAUCE!!(take out)Terrible service!Never come back again!!!
Seriously, the friendliness McDonalds employees ever. I think they pulled all the super smiley happy people from fast food commercials and made them work here. Either that or management is pumping in some happy gas. Sure, they screw up now and again (not ever for me personally, but who doesn't)
How do you rate McDonald's? I mean, you know what you're getting before you get it even before you decide. I never been surprised at McD's. And in a sense, that's a good thing.
Seems to be the typical Macdonalds service. They either rush you through the drive through and make you wait for your order in the parking lot. Or you wait for about 20 minutes to order. Inside in quite large and plenty of seating.
