This is decent place to come for dinner no matter the occasion; dates, meet-ups, reunions etc :)They have a diverse menu with good service, I have come here twice and would prolly come again!Easy, safe choice when you can’t make up your mind — staff is kind and brings out food timely
Fantastic service. Below average food.Menu describes pretty good dishes like Flame grilled salmon, but you simply get pan fried instead.Marinated news Orleans chicken is chicken with a layer of BBQ sauce on top.Would not recommend
My husband and I decided to pay the place a visit to check it out. We were met with a nice waitress who showed us around. We told her that we were checking the place out for a graduation dinner for a group of 8 people. After she showed us the areas we let her know that we are interested in the patio area. She said that should be alright and was then passed on to talk to this guy. He spoke to us in a very condescending manner as he told us that it's impossible to set up one long table for 8 people at the patio. From that point onward it got awkward as the guy wasn't exactly warm and welcoming. After we left, my husband and I felt very disappointed at the experience especially that we were very excited and enthusiastic when we first got at the place. It was such a waste of gas and time coming all the way from Richmond on a Sunday afternoon. Although I'm still glad we found out before it was too late. There are other restaurants who would be happy to take us and deserve our business.
I advise against having a burger here as the 8oz patties are too large and lacking in flavor. My patty was also overcooked unfortunately and the mushroom burger didn't really nail the mushroom flavour I would expect. I was also not a fan of their Bellini.I believe the pasta and pizza menu items would have been a lot better and I probably should have known better.
Atmosphere and look of restaurant is nice. Everything arrived in a timely manner. Our server was very attentive and warm . However most of our food arrived cold and didnt taste very good as we had to get most of it re-warmed. The other servers could be overheard talking about other guests at the tables they were serving which was concerning. Will return and hope to see some changes and change my review!
Had a great dinner with a couple of girl friends tonight at Mario's Kitchen! Both the food and the service provided by their staff, absolutely exceptional! Very welcoming staff..they were able to accommodate all of our needs. Very polite and responsive. Food was hot and fresh and tasted absolutely phenomenal. Desserts were also AMAZING! These guys really know what they're doing, and we will be returning soon!
Good night out. The food was very tasty, no extra seasoning needed. The service was A1, and reasonably priced. Overall experience wonderful.
We had veggie burgers and the kids had the spaghetti. Everyone had a wonderful lunch, awesome service, and we can't wait to go back.
The service was horrible.Was here this past Saturday for dinner after their evening rush. Food was decent (was cold) didn't bother asking us how it was nor did she come back for us to tell her as we were starving and then just ate it after we realized she was not coming back.Our food arrived before we received a glass of water. By the time the server came back to take our drink order we were already finished eating. When the food came we asked her for ranch for our pizza and chilli flakes. We never received them. When we informed her we wanted to settle up, again she did not come back for 15 mins and was busy chatting away with another server.We arrived at the restaurant at 9pm so it was very quiet. I can understand if she was busy with other tables if we had come at their peak hour. But when there are only 3-4 tables seated in the whole restaurant and only 2 in your section, I expect better service.The server was friendly but too occupied chatting away with the other employees.I was very disappointed as I'm sure the food would have been great if it was warm.
