Love their ice cream but the staffs are unbelievable, need to pay for extra spoon
Why your ice cream is so damn sweet?? I feel like I just ate cold sugar. Not sure if corporate offices are reading this, if so then do something .
I LOVE BASKIN ROBBINS but I HATE the one at This location!!! They NEVER can make anything ice vream related. No shakes NO BLASTS no sundaes ...This is the 6th time I have travelled to this mall to get Baskin Robbins and yet again they Cant do Blasts.They never even say sorry or even explain why. This is the most frustrating.Maybe they should let customers know that it is not available like everything else on the menu. (As seen in photo)
Really bad experience. Ordered a double scoop on a cone. The top scoop almost falls off and I asked for a cup so I can have something to work with. The staff said no and said I need to pay for a paper cup. What a cheap company. Went to starbucks right across and they give u a cup without a question.
Stood at the counter for about 5 minutes watching the girl working there play on her phone,, wanted to try some cheese popcorn but never did, won't eat at kernels for a long time after this disappointment
Bought ice cream as a treat for my toddler and a little snack bag of popcorn for myself. A minute into my daughter enjoying her ice cream she dropped her spoon. I went and asked for another for her and they wouldn’t give her one without a 25 cent payment. Seriously she’s a toddler and I just paid you $8. You want me to make a debit payment for 25cents?? No mercy or customer service. Left a bad taste in my mouth. I get times are tough but really. Hope a 25cent spoon was worth loosing a family of customers. I’ll bring her to Purdys next time.
From the second I stepped up to order some popcorn the customer service here is HORRIBLE. The woman I dealt with there should never work with the public. Also, covid has been going on for 20 months, CASH IS A LEGAL TENDER! If you do not accept cash post some signs that you are only taking card. I did not deserve to be yelled at by your employee when I went to pull a $20 bill out of my wallet. It is not ok to treat anyone like that!
The customer service here is pathetic and the staff is nothing but rude and ignorant. Will NOT ever go here again!
