Used to be really good but service has been really poor for my last 4-5 visits. Even provided feedback to the manager few times, and they apologized but I haven’t seen any improvements.If management is seeing this review, below are some points where you need improvements:1. Some of your servers need more training on treating guests. They normally just show up to your table with a notebook in hand and the customer basically has to assume that they should order.2. Some servers just come to your table maximum two times, one - to take order and then to serve. They don’t come back to ask if everything is okay or if you need anything else. (Drinks/desserts etc.)3. Wait time for your most popular items like chhole bhature is super long lately even when the restaurant is not busy.4. When you get the bill, they don’t even ask if food was okay, at this rate, please don’t offer tip option because basically there was no service provided.Food is still good and place is always clean, which is why I’m leaving this feedback in a hope that these issues are resolved. But otherwise based on my last 4-5 visits, I don’t think I’ll be going back.
The Cholle Bhature were delicious. However, the mixed paranthas was tasteless and NOT good at all. We couldn’t eat more than 2 bites. It was saltless and bland. The service was extremely slow. We also waited another 22 minutes to just get out tea to go - the chai was also mediocre.The Bhature made it worth it to visit but be ready to wait a long time for food.

Waited 20 min for the table. No issues. But waited 1 hour for the food after ordering it. Staff and manager completely unapologetic. There were very few customers in dine in. I think they were prioritizing Food App orders over diners. I will be prioritizing other restaurant over this one.

Had chat papdi, channe bhatura and paneer paraunthas here , parauntha and bhatura were mouth watering but chat papdi was not up to the mark , ya last but not the least ginger tea was very nice
Poor service. The restaurant isn’t that busy but still waited for an hour for the food to come and still waiting dont know when the food will come. Couldn’t find anything to do during this wait so i thought i should put a review.
very bad services at jagga sweets today first it took like 30 mins for someone to come take our order even tho there were so many jagga sweets employees just walking around. then finally someone comes to take our order we order some drinks and we waited 45 mins just for our drinks to come asked the waiters 5 times how long it would take them no response just would shake there head and leave. after waiting for 45 mins she brought napkins and we had only ordered 4 drinks which shouldnt take that long and it was empty only like 6 other tables had customers on them other then that the customer service was really bad no one was responding to our questions. had a really bad experience at jagga sweets today i would recommend not going there, the only thing i got was a glass of water so jagga sweets is a great place to stop by and grab some water.
The seals are very hard to open and it causes it to spill as you can see in one of the picture I attached below. The food proportions are a lot which makes it seem like it has greater quality. I like how if you have multiple things, you get a bag where you can reuse (similar to a tote bag). One tray can make someone very full.
Bought some sweets from this place and a piece had what appears to be mold. Most of our dining experience here has been great except for this instance.
