Not sure if the management recently changed for this location. We buying pizza from this location for a long time but recently the last couple of orders they prepare the awful pizzas. Uncooked and there are near no toppings on pizza just thin the bread they serve.Very poor quality and unprofessional cooks.
Consistently good pizza! Our family has always had a good experience with order and delivery. Once, our pizza arrived before our requested time and management called to send us a new delivery. This is great customer service you don’t see often!
Pretty good pizza but they increased the price of their $5 drink + slice meal which was my favorite. Overall great pizza place.

There are also more types of pizza than I imagined. Just when I was particularly tangled and didn't know what to change, the staff were very patient to introduce different flavors to me, and the taste was very good when I got home, which is what I imagined! Today's experience is very good, it makes me feel very happy, I will visit this store often！
I always order here at Fresh Slice Ladner location and the management and the staffs are very friendly and the store is very clean and the pizza is always fresh as always. Love this location. If you’re craving for pizza in Ladner, always choose Freshslice!
Unable to order online, the Ladner location does not even show up as an available location. Ordered 2 thin crust pizzas by phone for pick up. Pizzas were ready on time and that's the only good thing I can say. On both, the crust was undercooked, soft and doughy. Neither pizza was cut. Minimal toppings on both, barely edible. Ranks up there with some of the worst pizza I have ever had. Would have been cheaper and more satisfying to cook up a couple of Dr Oetkers from my freezer. Will never order from Freshslice again.
