I was in here around 8pm got a drink and the blackened chicken pasta. The food was good but the service was below average, the server brought the drink and food came out no one came to check on me even once the server was too busy talking to a coworker In the bar area And I was just sitting in a booth behind the bar. My boyfriend was gonna stop by for drinks later but just decided to leave. I had to go to the front to pay, I guess my server was too lazy to bring the bill.Horrendous service.We love coming here a lot as we live like 2 mins away.
Had a good meal here. Service was a little slow but they were still friendly and the food was really good. Spicy chicken sandwich, and chicken Alfredo were both tasty. The south west(?) Bowl was decent.

A very good place to unwind with friends and family. You need to pre-book a table if you don't want to wait in long queue. The main course dishes are ample size but the starters are small sized portions.

If the service was good, this place would be 5 stars. My friend and I waited 25 minutes for someone to take our order. Some of the other reviews mention the waitresses/service not being up to par, so would recommend getting on that! Food is spectacular though, and so is the atmosphere!
Food was tasty, but very expensive for the portion size. I did a pickup and food was ready on time. Parking space is bit limited. I may try this place again for a fair assessment.
I've been to this location 3 times now. I have to say that in my experience, the service is top notch. Never mind the people whining about COVID restrictions. These are probably people who got caught violating the health order and put everybody's job at risk. It's very simple. Flash your pass, as many people have done to enter a workplace for decades now, and wear a mask when not seated. Easy peasy. Some adults just act like children. Wait staff are NOT double masked either, as another reviewer suggested. They're single masked and quite easy to understand.Moving on...I've enjoyed every dish I've eaten there. The cauliflower bites are delicious. They know how to do calamari right too. If I have a complaint at all, it would be about the fries. Greasy and a bit soggy. They made a second batch for me, but unfortunately, they were exactly the same as the first. Go for the salad with your burger. It's a healthier option anyway.
This was our third time at this browns for dinner within this month. The first two times were really good. But this time was just horrible. The service was so bad that we decided to get our food to go. Our food literally took 38 mins to show up. We had to chase down our server for a drink. I will definitely think twice before coming back here.
It was my first time at this Brown's. Our table was ready and we got some water right away as well as menus too. I ordered a Dragon bowl and found it to be absolutely delicious! I pigged out on dessert with a brownie and it was a good way to end my meal out with my dear friends!
