I am not an expert when it comes to this particular cuisine but I ordered 2 Veggie Spring rolls and some chicken fried rice. Not overly impressed. First and last time. Very bland.
The sweet and sour chicken balls were the best ive ever had. The spring rolls were also great. Ive been searching high and low for a good chinese food place. I think ive found it. The lady at the counter was very nice and has the best hair too. Ill be back for sure
Nothing special about the food. Lemon chicken is tasteless, portion are small, and price are expensive compared to other chinese restaurant in Surrey. I ordered Dinner for 2 (A), and price is about $40 (after deducted 10% - self pick up).Their service also super super slow, took 1 hour to get your food. When they say 1 hour, they actually will give you the food exactly 1 hour later. The owner is not friendly at all.I'll definately not returning to this restaurant, and not recommend to anyone.
Good portion and taste good even the price little bit expensive
Moved close to this restaurant. Staff is so nice. Food is fresh and very tasty. I do take out and they are very nice on the phone and prompt when I arrive. Prawn dishes rock. My new fave restaurant.
We had ordered take out here once before so thought we would try it again as it was very good. We were disappointed this time, as the deep fried prawns & egg rolls tasted like they had been cooked in old oil. The rest of food in general tasted like it had been sitting in a warming pan for a long time, as it just was not as tasty as it had been the previous time. I don't think they are yet doing dine in, so we again picked the order up and brought it home.
We called to place a large order for 8 people recently and were disappointed to hear it would be a 90 minute wait (likely due to the staffing shortage). We apologized for not knowing the wait time and told them we would like to withdraw our order (hungry kids who couldn't wait that long).Rather than lose our order, they scrambled to get it ready in 45 mins. We were blown away by their customer service. The food was delicious and expertly packed. This is a great local restaurant with a lot of heart. Highly recommend supporting such lovely people.
The food tastes great, and their prices are good but the service is lacking. I don't think I'd ever eat there but take-out options are good to avoid the service.
You get what you pay for, as in great food at a good price with poor service.
always had great food from there but last time had to wait 2 hours for delivery and they are only a few minutes away. the food was good as always just disappointed that it took so long. They told me it would be an hour and I was ok with that but when it took longer and they didn't call to say anything I was not too happy and didn't offer any compensation just a sorry
