Love their drinks. I’ve been visit the shop for years, but today I had a very bad experience with their rude staff. Since the mask is not a mandatory, I went in the store without a mask. And I understand that store has the right to ask customers to wear a mask. But the moment a staff noticed me without a mask, he used a sarcastic tone and scold me for not wearing a mask. Like I was a child that did something bad. It’s not that I refused to wear a mask after they told me to, but the moment he noticed me and with this attitude? Seriously, proper training is needed here.
Bad service. The staff was so rule. I was walking around and saw this place. Came in and the staff dont let me in because I didn’t have a mask even I just wanna order and go. I said the new government rule about no mask indoor but they said it’s from government and they don’t care.
This YiFang has a rewards program which some other YiFang stores don't have, but this location also doesn't take credit cards. Cash or debit only. The drinks here are always great. They always taste good and there is always a bunch of food delivery people waiting there so it tells you how popular it is. Although it might just be because there is a lack of good bubble tea options in Coquitlam. Their little bubble tea shaped cakes are also very good. Worth trying, but they arent that cheap for what it is.
Amazing service and delectable bubble teas! 10/10 recommend as they don’t use any of that powdered stuff!! Fresh milk and fruits, no other bubble tea place has ever had stuff like that!

Lots of different bubble tea choices. For some, you get to choose ice and/or sugar level. Service is usually very quick. A good place to treat yourself on a hot day.
A little pricey but tastes really good and you can taste the natural real fruit ingredients. Not the artificial stuff that leaves a powdery chemical aftertaste that's sold in many other cheaper bubble tea joints. So it's worth doling out a few bucks more for real fresh fruits.
