Food is good. Not hot enough. SERVICE IS HORRIBLE! The waitresses there have the worst attitude and just says whatever is convenient for them. It also says it closes at 10 and I called at 9:20pm if I can order a drink and said they close at 9:15… they made up that number on the spot…. They also give the worst attitude just asking them for water or a bowl.. so maybe change your location hours to 9:15 pm if it is 9:15 pm and not 10 pm. Food is decent. Noodles sometimes are too soggy or not hot enough and drinks can be half sugar but still tastes like they added 115% sweetness in my drink. I’ve never once been scared and afraid to ask the server for some water but the people that work there seems like they hate when customers go in
Food was alright, it was the service that will definitely keep me from coming back to this specific location, I would give food 3 stars, but in terms of service, is a big 0.Me and my friend visited night time July 13th.We arrived 20:50ish, before 9pm for sure, we did check google maps for the operation time and we were served, ordering and food had no issue.Food arrived 21:00ish, around 21:10ish we were asked to pay the bill ahead as they were closing, we were accommodating and get the payment done.However, starting from 21:20ish a staff without saying anything for some reason kept checking on our table. For a 3rd time that staff came back at 21:30ish, as soon as she saw me close to finishing up with food, just said "thank you" and starting to take our food away, dispite the fact that I said we are not really finished, but she didn't seem to understand.I can totally understand that you want to go home early, but this is not the way business operates, this is the first time that I have been treated this way in a restaurant, being rushed to get out early just because staff wants to close early.
The server was so nice and very kind and detail to offer our meals. The fat beef noodle set is my favour and you can order extra noodle for $1 and you can share with your kid. Also the noodle you can save a bit portion for mixing with marinated diced pork after finishing your noodle soup; one set for two kinds to eat. Wonderful!
Delicious soups! Make sure to add the garlic/cilantro/green onions and oils from the bar, so yummy!
I come to eat here 2 times a month. The last time I was here to eat, the noodles was pretty tasty but the beef brisket rice was no as good as I had before. Brisket was on the dry and chewy side.Aside from that, my kids like their noodles.
Great restaurant! Our favourite restaurant here in Coquitlam. A lot of options, and the food comes quickly. Very delicious.

The food is good but such BAD service. The ordering process is done online through a QR code so the waitress didnt have to do anything except bring the drinks and food. She was grumpy, not even a "Hello" or a smile. Super unfriendly! In the end, I was not happy with the service so I didn't tip. SHE MADE ME TIP! No disclaimer, no "hey our restaurant has a minimum tip amount", NOTHING. She just looked at our bill, mention to me that I didn't tip. I said I didn't want to and she just punched in the 10% tip and gave the machine to me WITHOUT DISCLAIMER. I will not come bad, too bad because the food was actually good.
Very horrible service!!! When I asked the waitress for the menu, she didn’t bother to look at me and pointed to the other side and told me to get the menu myself. She never refilled water for us until we asked her several times. When we paid for our bill she was literally asking me to give her tips. How could I give her tips when there’s no service provided at all!!!! I understood this is a difficult time for everyone but it doesn’t me she can give me NO RESPECT. I’m very disappointed to this place because I used to dine in the one in Richmond and the service and food are much better there!
Please do yourself a favor and come here!! I ordered the classic pearl milk tea. The tea was delicious, the pearls tasted fresh. I ordered the shredded potatoes and tomato brisket soup. The soup was unbelievably good, soooo tasty. The wide noodles were really fresh too. I've been craving this soup ever since. Can't wait to come back.
