The restaurant staff make the customer wait for the long time like (20-30mins) and this has happened more than 4 times now. Also as a skip driver we always expect the staff to ask for the order number but the staff behaves like we are invisible and keep on looking to the screen in front. After done looking the screen they just return to the back room and don’t attend the customer. My suggestion will be to take customer service experience seriously and try to at least tell the customer and skip drivers the waiting time at least.

Food taste good. But serving me cold fries... isn't that not allowed? I almost thought it had something to do with not donating. But I don't donate through businesses normally. I notice the reviews are not good at this location, does the owner keep track? People are able to change their review as well, not sure if people know that.

Numerous errors on separate occasions and plain forgetfulness or lack of process at drive through. They fully forgot my beverage as part of my combo and waved me off. I asked for my drink and she said 'oh ya'. Then forgot a straw for it. It wasn't in the bag. This location has gone down the drain. Needs more competent staff and better management. Ill be going elsewhere.

Wendy's needs to leave breakfast alone! Croissant sandwich isn't even a croissant! The coffee is literally just hot water and apparently vegetables are a lunch item. Not allowed lettuce or tomatoes on any breakfast item. Overall was hot trash ?

This Wendys is absolutely horrendously slow for drive through. They take one order at a time from the speaker to the window to keep their drive through times down.There were two cars in front of me and it took me ten minutes to be able to place my order, and that is with a day shift manager working the drive through.It’s not just today either. I drive past this location every day on the way home from work and there is always a massive lineup of people waiting for their order to be taken

Not thorough with mobile order. I had to go back and ask to get more of what I ordered. Mistake? Once was understandable. But it happens almost every time. Maybe a sign for me to find another location. Be sure to get out of the car and wait in line and order at the counter.

Incredibly slow location. Every time I’ve dined in, we have to wait 10+ mins just to order because they only take one order every 5+ minutes. Incredibly inefficient system… always leaves me shaking my head. Like why?!

Staff was friendly, restaurant was clean, food was hot and tasty. Reasonable wait time for order to be served

If you order a salad here. Even if you enunciate every word extremely clearly and repeat it and confirm it, chances are you will get the wrong salad. If you do get the salad and it is correct you'll probably have to wait a long time for it because they'll tell you they have to grill the chicken.I don't think it's racist at all if I mentioned that if I go out of my way when I hear someone has an accent to speak extremely slowly and clearly and repeat myself, and ask them to confirm it when it seems clear they're not paying attention, that, perhaps they should try to listen a little more closely if they're struggling with the language.They just don't seem to care at all which is a little bit different of a situation. It's an attitude issue. I love the food here when it's right. As for the staff , I just don't know who's managing this place

I've been here several times. Things usually go smoothly and I rarely have any issues. Unfortunately today, my luck ran out. Ordered 2 Southwest Avocado salads. They didn't provide any avocado with either of them. I compare it to ordering a bacon deluxe and then not having any bacon.Nobody mentioned anything at the drive through window about possibly not having any avocados in stock. Should of at least let me know and offered some alternative solution.
