They make coffee always to hot . Won't able to drink it for like 5,10 minutes
The Nanaimo bar is too sweet but it is a good companion with coffee.The coffee bean is fresh in here.It has the best coffee bean as to compare with other branches in BC.I guess the crowd and better sales at all.WAVE coffee got to think for the solution about the storage of coffee bean to maintain the quality.
I have Waves mochas 2-3 times/week at different locations so, I know what to expect every time. Any time I have a mocha from this location, the espresso tastes off/burnt and the chocolate is weak. I wouldn't be surprised if they don't put the right amount of chocolate to save a buck. I won't be coming here anymore.

This Waves Coffee house added the cream and sugar to my espresso got it quickly and it tasted great!
I visit my local Waves coffee house at Garrison Village Chilliwack several times a week and always enjoy friendly and welcoming service and great coffee.
Was asking for a tea and no one could help me. Ending up getting a coffee and had to ask for whip and drizzle on top as shown in picture. She put chocolate drizzle instead of Caramel just like picture and told me it was chocolate in the picture when you can clearly see it being Caramel. Just took coffee and left.
Terrible service today from one of the ladies at your coffee shop today. It was around 3:00 When I had ordered a Large latte she gave me a Small. I told her I’m not in a rush and I don’t mind waiting for a new one…..she rolled her eyes at me… after waiting I realized she was ignoring me so I grabbed the small latte said bye and left. Completely rude. It wasn’t the woman who took my order it was the one who was making the order.
