2 days in a row I've gone there to get something to eat and I could not get a Farmer's wrap with sausage.No bacon, sausage or hash browns ready.I was offered an egg and cheese wrap for full price with 2 ingredients missing!No price reduction.A 24/7 Tim Hortons and nothing ready for the morning and 4 staff members on duty.

This has got to be the slowest, laziest crew. Tim Hortons, this branch is costing you money and reputation. Just read the comments and listen to what your customers are saying. Something’s gotta change.

If i could put 0, I would.Every single time I go to this tims, its always garbage.My orders are always wrong, items missing and long wait times. Whenever you try to get it corrected, they look at you like you're speaking an alien language and have two heads.This is what they gave me for a large ice cap. After asking it to be remade as they had messed up previously.Save yourself the headache. Go to another tims. Its worth the gas, even at 2$ a litre.

Worst tim Horton ever. Staff is very rude. Seems like they wanna get paid for just gossiping about Punjabi songs/movies. Whenever a customer ask a question, they behave like as if someone has asked for their kidney or something like that. Worst ever staff. Very unprofessional. They should go back to learn some manners of customer service.

All ways forgetting stuff on my mobile order. Granted the are bigger work orders. They gave me points when the forgot coffees. But when it comes to food they ignore me thinking I’m a scammer or something. Even know we have lots of history on the app with them. They are to slow and un organized and the management is just terrible. But will still go there cu it’s Timmy’s

This location should be getting nothing but 5stars because the fact its a drive thru is already 3 stars! BUT, unfortunately as in most Tim Horton locations, they employ rude, slow and at times abnoches servers.I have accepted that no matter what the location is, the food is never going to be good. But when i order a coffee or something from the bakery, I guess I am just looking for good, straightforward service...but even that is too much of a stretch.I do not know if Tim Hortons pays cheaply, so we all have to accept this kind of quality OR they actually skip over customer relations training as in this day in age, we all need coffee!! :P

It's a shame this location is so poorly managed, because it's in a good location and has the infrastructure to be great. I waited in line fifteen minutes for them to get two cars ahead of me through the drive through, and when I went to order (around 10:50 AM), they were out of everything bagels. I can't fathom how a restaurant manages to not stock something adequately that's been one of their most popular items for years. I won't be returning.

Busy place, good place for a quick coffee.

They need to rotate their soup selection and make sure it’s available.

This will be worse Tim Horton you will ever go to . Every time I go there there is a line up from where they take your order . They are the most slow for order taking inside and the drive though. And I kid you not they have never got my order right . Coffee is cold most of the time . They are very rude when you say your order was wrong. Prepare for at least 20-25 min wait to get your food even a coffee.
