I like this drive thru because they are fast. But today, my large chilli came with half a bun Inflation?
We love the farmers brekfast on brisket. However, when we order through the drive through, they usually make a mistake on our order, either they forgot that we said decafe coffee or not giving us the proper donuts we asked, or making a mistake on the amounts of creams that we asked to put a side of coffee.
I paid for a small Chilli and LG Chilli plus drinks. Then the girl tells me they ARE out of Chilli. This is the reason I WENT to TH. It was for the Chilli. We ended up taking the Broccoli soup and it was terrible. Tasted like watered down mayonnaise. Didn't eat it and didn't complain either. Our drinks were good. TH always screws up my orders ?
They never seem to get my order right at this location. I made it very clear what I wanted, it wasn't even busy and they still managed to mess up my order. This place is a joke
How careless you are! We ordered three breakfast sandwiches and a muffin, and when we got back to the car, we realized we didn't have the muffin, so we went back to Tim's to get it. Then after we drove home to have the breakfast, we found the hashbrowns that were supposed to be in the two farmer's sandwiches were also missing. You charged me for the farmer's sandwiches and give me the regular sausage sandwiches. Please check the order before giving it to customers!
My coffee was good but too small, i paid for a large coffee but, i asked for s medium cup, poured my large beverage on it, it was was filled up !
The older lady with the red hair is so sweet, she made my day. Hands down the sweetest person ever, she deserves a raise. Good service all the time:)
My kitchen sink pipe has burst, so my kid and I have been spending a lot of time, here. It's become like going to Grandma's house: they see us, give us a warm welcome, and know all our favourites. The staff are very lovely, and they're reasonably well-stocked. It's not one of those super-fast Tim's, though, as the person who takes your counter order is often the same one who prepares your entire order, down to toasting your bagel and mixing your drink. I guess that just adds to the homey charm of the place. When you're missing cooking and eating in your own house, homey charm beats every other criteria, so... five stars from me.
If I could give them one star I would - the only reason my boyfriend and I go to this location is because it's close to the gym. They consistently get our order wrong, and even when we're ordering from the drive thru (don't go in to the store unless you want to wait a solid 45 minutes, you only make that mistake once) if they misheard what we said they don't clarify our order, they just tack on whatever and charge us for it. Wholly unimpressed with the service and annoyed with their customer service skills.
Only concerned about the drive-through, no respect for the customers standing in the side. Dirty Bathroom ?
