This Tim Hortons is busy with drive-by and staff are nice and friendly. It's a great place to hang out for office meeting with clients.

Have never had such a strange/rude experience at a Tim Hortons. First of all the lady on the speaker was rushing taking our order, she was super impatient, I corrected changing my breakfast sandwich from a sandwich to a wrap and her response was "you asked for a sandwich...." we felt so rushed that we decided we would add a quick coffee at the window in which her response was if we didn't order it on the speaker then we could not add it.Our car full of people was going to order food/drinks but because of how rude and impatient she was we didn't bother. All because they had maybe 7 cars in the line.Looking at the other reviews, I would say you need to put a bit of focus on your customer service workers. ?

The employee working at the till today around 9:30 was very rude. Also I received a Boston cream donut upside down in a paper bag.

The staff were ok. Food quality was ok, not the perfect. Location inside is very clean and renovated. All around the sitting area is window. You like to sit and enjoy your coffee ☕️Free parking and nice layout. Don't know why Tim Hortons get stingy every day. They give you cream and sugar one on one. They used to be generous before. Cultural change I guess!

Girl who make the breakfast every morning around 6:20 a.m. is very rude all the time. She is not even taking my order but still she don’t know how to serve a customer. Her tone and the way of talking about me while preparing the order is very unpleasant and disrespectful. Every single time she prepared a wrong order. Better you should teach your staff (specifically that girl who prepared the order in the morning) how to deal with a customer.

Terrible service, we ordered two bottles of water and food. The lady on the speaker repeated the order back. Once we got to the window they charged us only for the food and forgot about the drinks causing us to make two separate transactions. We got onto the highway, started opening the sandwich we found a long black hair. This isn't the first this had happened. Very unsanitary.Tim hortons needs to get edited and get their standards up to par.

Did a mobile order for two drinks. 10 people who walked in after me got their drinks before me and knew something was wrong. Asked the cashier and she found my order in the trash or something. Then she said she was going to make it. 3 more people order after that and get their drinks after that. I ask the person making drinks where my order was. She said she had to ask the cashier. Apparently there was further miscommunication between the staff because neither of them made it. Pretty ridiculous. Worst location I have ever been too. Staff are literally incompetent or have poor training. Manager on the shift speaks poor English and has bad customer service skills.

The quality of service is going down every day at this location. We have been getting more creamer than coffee as well as very badly made bagels, sandwiches and wraps. Sometimes they don't even wrap the food properly. I am very disappointed at this service, we went to get wrap on February 14th at abot 19:20 which was horrible. They mess up order more frequently, I guess the women are not interested in their jobs.

Whoever does the drive-thru is really rude. Clearly does not want to be at work. Every time I go there, they are rude and short and not helpful when you have a question about the menu or need a second to decide. The girls at the window are nice, though. If you hate your job that much, just get a different job, not in customer service.

this Tim Hortons suffers the same fate as the one just a few kms on Lougheed Hwy as well where the drive thru is more important than the people inside! i've been there a few times unfortunately and i have to wait about 10 minutes to get a cashier to take my order and another 15 minutes to get my full order completed so all in all it's about a 30 minute wait if you walk in vs probably a 5-10 minute wait if you drive thru! the poor person making the food is usually overwhelmed while 2 people just take quick orders on the drive thru,! overall not well managed
