Went on a weekend afternoon with a group. We were seated right away even though the whole party was not present. Staff gave plenty of time to peruse the menu and took our orders accurately. Food arrived relatively quickly and was presented nicely.Ordered the chicken udon and it was a fair amount of food for the price (~$17). Broth was flavourful and warm. The mushrooms were also very delicious. There was quite a bit of chicken as well.The place was not very busy, so it was not overly noisy and it was easy to talk to others at the table.
It was a great experience with my two kids and my husband to eat here! We were seated quickly and food came quickly. By 5:20pm the place already filling up pretty fast on a Friday afternoon. However when we added to our order half way through (kids were too hungry and could eat a Cow ?) and the second time food came a bit slower. But after all the place is pretty decent especially after their reno from years ago! Got to try their Saba Aburi! It’s very yummy!
Have been coming to this place for years and usually enjoy their sushi. Ordered Spicy Salmon Sashimi today and brought it home and it was firm and inedible and a big deviation from how it usually is. Called the store and I was told that other customers are not complaining so they will not give a refund or credit to the store.Similar to poor customer service in general at this place. Previously had an order mistakenly given to me and need to drive it back to the store myself was given no refund or credit for my time and not even thanked for correcting their mistake.
It's alright. Been coming here for years but it seems the quality has been gradually slipping. Salmon sashimi is okay. Not the biggest portion by any means, and I've had sashimi elsewhere that seemed fresher. Still palatable but given the small portion Id question ordering sashimi from here again.Had a couple rolls which had enough flavour, but one was oddly soupy and the other heavy on rice.
Great place for Japanese food, even have abit of Korean food in it since the sushi chef are Korean. Nice seating, ample parking & good service. Food is fresh & tasty.
I got spicy sashimi and salmon roll was not fresh at all.I think I will not get sushi from here anymore.I felt wired on my stomach after eating this.
Seriously, why businesses are allowed to jack up the price like this. Most of their menu items have increased 30% and some even 50%. Why? Because they had to deal with covid? Guess what we dealt with covid too. It doesn't give you the right to rob people. 17 dollars for salmon sashimi before tax? Kidding me
30 to %40 increase on pretty much all menu item compared to 6 months ago. What the heck. For take-out, a full order of tuna sushi is now 16.5 dollars compared with 11.50 back in August. And guess what the pandemic was worst back then. Funny thing is when I asked the server how much raise they got, she said "nothing". So basically using pandemic as excuse to get rich. Taking the business elsewhere.
Friendly and fast service! Great menu selection. Fresh and Delicious food, prepared quickly, large portions! We were hoping to get spicy sauce on the side but they weren’t able to do it ? Clean restaurant! Looking forward to coming back soon. Spicy Sushimi with spicy sauce on the side was amazing was fresh. Changed review as the roll was very messy, they didn’t add extra ginger and charged me the wrong amount. Back to a 5 star! The food today was absolutely delicious ? Just brought down to a 4 star due to a very messy take out order and no extra spicy mayo as promised ?
