Absolutely the worst customer service! I went in and ordered 2 subs, one gluten free and one on regular bread. The woman began making the regular sub then proceeded to say there was no gf bread left. At that point I told her nevermind on the other sub as I would have to go to another subway for gf bread. She said it was too late and I had to buy the sub regardless... To top it off she put the wrong sauce on the sub she forced me to purchase.I go to this subway location and I get the same order from the same older woman twice a week at least... she should not be working in a customer service role as she is very unpleasant to deal with. I will never return to this subway and I suggest that people avoid this place. Subway I suggest you get new ownership of this location...

I was in line ordering sandwiches with a very nice server, the rude server behind me proceeded to pass my server and complete the customer behind order before we could finish up with my order. I see they have a 3.1rating, comes as no surprise.

Had to wait 20mins for an online order to be made while I was the only 1 in the store, looking to order 1 sub.If your going to do in-store and online orders then have atleast 2 staff on-site.This is not the employee's fault, but the Owner/Manager of this location.The employee was nice and did whatever she could to get my food to me as fast as she could.

This place knows how to disregard their customer and how they prepare food is very unappetizing; Disrespectful and Careless. It took more than 20 minutes for us to start to order food and there were only two people in front of us. I do understand waiting when there are people in front of me. But they just let us to wait while mostly doing their other chores and not listening to customers' needs.

Consistency is the word that comes to mind when I think about my experience here. Consistently rude and disregarding of their customers. My daughter orders the same wrap every time she orders from Subway and this is the ONLY location that has a problem with her order. Frowning, smirking with one word response is well-practiced amongst all the employees.Well done.

Oh boy! speaking of underserving this place has nailed it. I asked for footlong eggs and steak sandwich and it was disappointing. When I asked why is the steak so little she replied its for breakfast too much heavy not good...

I will never go to this location again despite it being so close to me - and it makes me reconsider Subway all together due to the consistently bad experiences I've had here. The staff have next to no regard for their customers. Consistently rude. I've constantly encountered customers walk out due to the staff being impolite while they were patiently waiting, which I'm dumbfounded by as they have customers who have already made their mind up that they want a sandwich from subway.I hate to leave a 1 star review but a 0 is warranted here. Overall a very bad customer experience on a consistent basis.

The worst subway I've ever went. First I waited more than 15 minutes to order. There were two women at the store who were only focused to do the online orders, they didn't even greeted or told me to wait a little bit. I didn't say anything since I understand that they are busy. But, when one of the women finally took my order, she didn't even apologize for the wait and she was extremely rude during the entire service. She looks like in her 60s from India, and I felt she was a racist since she greeted and apologize for the wait time to the white guy behind me. She used hand gesture in a very rude way to tell me what I want to put in my sandwich. This was absolutely the worst experience at a food place. I would give 0 star.
