The worst starbucks everI ordered iced blond chestnut praline latte with oat milkI drink this almost everyday so I know what I exactly wantBut when I got the drink,Although I asked for extra ice, I got regular ice,which was melted faster, and of course it was too watery!!!!The espresso flavour??? it was awful! That's why I asked for BLOND Espresso!!!!I will never visit here again
I need to give one star when Griselda is working she is never happy makes you feel uncomfortable for ordering that is not a basic item. Forgets to add syrup but does the charge for it. The rest of the crew is great just be beware of Griselda.
No everything cresant roasted ham. No, they don’t accept points. And the older lady with glasses working there says “we need the actual code to punch it in”… she did, didn’t work. Waste of time to be honest.To top it off I asked for a regular coffee in which she brewed. She didn’t even put on the lid properly so it spilt everywhere on me. At Starbucks they literally give you a 10 minute spiel in training of how to put the lid on properly to prevent stuff like this from happening. Lady does not care about her job and quite frankly I’d be concerned about the food here if this is how this location is trained.
The staffs are friendly and the coffee taste nice. Also they remembered that I like my ice first in ice americano which is pretty nice and amazing for such a busy place to remember costumers order :)
You can got coffee anywhere... You know what you can't get everywhere though? Val!I was having a tough day and went into Safeway to pick up some things. I stopped at the Starbucks after, looking for a specific cup that was unfortunately sold out. Val let me know when more were expected to be in and her kindness turned my day around. So ya, you can get coffee anywhere, but if you want kindness with your coffee? Go see Val and her team. 10/10, top notch, I appreciate you!
They closed 10 min before their closing time, no one was there! As soon as I saw 2 of the s staff. I told them all I need is a gift card but they ignored me and were so rude. She said they already shout down everything!!!!
I was a regular for a couple of months, always taking lactose-free/oat milk with my coffee. Today, I noticed they didn't use a clean pitcher, but used the one right after pouring regular milk for the previous customer. Neither did they steamed the milk frothing nozzle before OR after steaming my oat milk. As a lactose-intolerant person, I'm not impressed.
