5 STARS FOR ASHLEY (hoping I’m getting the other gals names correct) Lauren,Sara,Tate(???) I was there at 1:30ish Wednesday. A woman refusing to keep her mask on was being belligerent to these hard working young ladies. I’m in awe at the way the stuck to their gun and insisted she keep it on. I am dealing with cancer and I’m immune compromised. I appreciated their kindness and insistence that this lady keep everyone safe in store. Ashley and the other ladies were extremely friendly to the customers, myself included and went the extra mile.,,,, not to mention the coffees tasted wonderful! Thank you gals! It was a pleasure meeting you! Five stars ⭐️
one of barista, she spilt coffee on my cloth and shoes and did not say sorry to me. I have to pay my cleaning fee myself. It was the worst service ever.
Coquitlam Centre mall near the food court has the worst barristers of all locations. Not only they are rude, it seems they don't like to follow the menu in making drinks.The pictures I posted above are examples. One is the Caramel ribbon crunch frap, the menu picture has a nice artistic look. While I don't expect them making a fine art during the busy days, I don't expect the caramel is that minimal, like a spat of the dressing!The other one is the Blossoming Rose Latte with the fine sprinkles of the Blossoming tea rose, but it was just like a milk shade with a pinkish color.During the pandemic, for safety measures we keep a distance, wear a mask. They put all mobile orders on a low table behind the entrance doors by the side wall. There was no one managing the pickup. This ends up people all gather together, hoovering over the drinks, touching every drink, turning the drinks to find theirs (no social distancing). This is insane, irresponsible, and actually endanger the health of the Mobile customers. I had written to Starbucks about this, and hadn't stepped in that location eversince.
I ordered on the app, drink ready at 202pm, proceed to pickup counter, there’s only one counter to pickup drinks for instore purchases and app purchases, I proceeded to the counter, the barista would not acknowledge me. I went t9 the back of the line, all the while,I saw my drink sitting there waiting for me to pickup. I waited for 3 parties to get their drinks before I got callled. Now why isn’t there a separate line for app pickups? I asked her if my drink was still warm, she said, yes, I just made it, but no she didn’t, she JUST made 3 groups of drinks to others while mine sat there, very poor service! Coquitlam centre starbucks??
Friendly staff but drive thru is always long and parking always full. Often hard to do pick up even if you order ahead because there nowhere to stop.
Good convenient location for Starbucks right in front of Coquitlam mall. The staff is friendly and fast. The American Starbucks app works will deduct the correct amount. There are a few seats outside.
I agree with the comments about the staff being rude. They’re rude to me every time I’ve come here. I was picking up an order the other day and saw my drink, asked if it was for me. The girl slammed it on the counter without saying a word and looked angry. Time before that another girl yelled at me to stand at the back. Time before that the person taking my order was mocking me for saying the drink wrong. I can’t remember a time I’ve been here where they haven’t been rude LOL Other Starbucks I’ve been to are very polite and patient even when they’re low staff
Avoid this Starbucks.Service staff is extremely rude and slow.They don't care about your order and act like they are doing you a huge favor for serving you. They also seem like they have mentally checked out and genuinely don't want to be at the job

Still earning points by spending 100's going to get a free item soon I'm sure of it. Strawberry Funnel Cake is tasty but only for a limited time 3 months running now.
