Fast easy service, helpful staff. The store was clean even though it was full on a Saturday lunch.The barista even went out of her way to check on a few questions I had on the coffee pricing. Good tasting coffee
Starbucks, over priced and baked goods kinda boring. But I can't stop going there because they are so close by. O the dilemma.

When I've been to this store in the past the staff have been nice, if perhaps a bit new. Please note that this store does not post their hours of operation, nor do they have an open/closed sign. If the door is locked, it's closed--go to the Oxford store instead.
Unfortunately they were out of my tea that I would usually have. When I noticed they had many boxes of my tea for sale in a bin, I suggested they write off a box, as they would make 10× as much selling single bags. The girl simply said, oh I can't, those are for sale. I left without buying anything. ?♀️
How are you going to have a customer line up at the drive thru for 20+ minutes, only to get to the speaker and have the employee tell you, "sorry, we closed three minutes ago and cannot take your order". Absolutely terrible customer service alongside. I will not be coming back to this location, despite it being two minutes from my house. You should finish the line and block off entrance, instead of making customers wait for 20-30 minutes and saying you're three minutes passed closing and won't take your order at the speaker. Awful location.

Got my order wrong, overcharged and then told me I'd ordered the wrong thing. I've had 1 order for 5 years, I guess every other Starbucks in BC was wrong and these guys are the Gold standard!

Excellent Starbucks location! Very clean bathrooms, very clean store, patio open all year, actually places to sit and enjoy your coffee. Friendly staff!
