Went in to order a coffee and wrap for my lunch. Waited 25 mins to hear back that the wrap I've ordered is not available(was not mobile order, it was in person order). Asked for refund and response was they cannot do refund back into my credit card. Also they did not have enough 5 dollar bills so i got 6.75 in small change. Not only did they waste all my lunch time, now I have carry around coins which I always hate to do. No sincere apology received.
I've always had the best experience here at Starbucks - Sara and Keisha especially are some of the nicest baristas I've ever met. They're great at making me feel welcome and included in the store! Sara even memorized my order which made my day :)
Too long of the line and the staff tried to steal from me. They charged me double the price for no reason. Also the drink quality is worse.
Starbucks...a place of "inclusion". Hhhmm. So this is not the first time this has happened, but its the first time i am posting something about it. So i walk in to my usual place. The difference is that im wearing a Christian messages sweatshirt. As i was walking up, the one young girl immediaty walks back and says very softly if someone can help me. I thought that wad interesting. She didnt wvem say a word to me before she walked away from serving me. Then i stood there with a smile and waited to be served. 1 girl was sweaping the counter, one was making drinks, the other was actually very close to the till but was doing something - nothing that looked important. No one wpuld acknowledge me...but they did notice my sweatshirt. I cant read their minds but it looked pretty suspicious to me. Nit even a hello, nothing. 2 of the 5 girls on staff were not doing much at all..the other 3, well one could have grabbed my 3 second order. Some inclusion. But having said this...this is not the first tome it has happened at a starbucks when i wear Christian messages clothing. Quite disappointed but not surprised. I cant confirm nor deny thatthe motives of the staff were malace at all, but to me on the other side it sure looked and felt that way. Disappointing to say the least. To be looked at and ignored so openly...says alot about things today. Sad.
This location has the most consistent service and quality. Speed is not great for their drive thru however but this is probably due to their staffing
The drive through is great.. but if you go in they forget about your drink and you have to remind them to make it. It took 20 mins to get a frappe.
Quick service and their drive-thru was convenient. I think they should stock up their merchandise better.
This is the BEST Vietnamese food in town. They use good quality meats and materials. Always fresh and best quality. Their service is excellent and they always make you feel welcome. I would HIGHLY recommend this place. Shawn
Been here 3 times, all bad experience. Rude baristas, your order normally takes more than 15 mins when there is not many people in the cafe (they prob make drinks for drive thru first) most importantly bad coffee! I ordered a latte and half of the cup was milk foam. I instantly felt that my cup is too light but couldnt ask making it again because i was running out of time.
