This store is terrible. I went here one time and they closed 30 minutes earlier than closing time. Don’t put 9:30 pm on your site if you’re gonna close at 9 pm. This short haired chubby girl also gets orders wrong and is extremely rude and unprofessional and has no accountability whatsoever. Don’t go here.EDIT: Reading the rest of the reviews, i think its pretty clear that how they will treat you depends on your race. disgusting.

bad cashier just like how everyone is mentioning. it's hard to mess up bubble tea customer service but they did it alright! bad customer service.no customers in sight forced to stand outside and kicked out when i wanted to ask if my drink is ready

Go to Coffee+Vanilla just a block away for coffee. This place is a dirty little hole in the wall with super rude staff, especially the overweight angry girl. Not at all welcoming. I went in for a mocha it was like I had invaded the shop against their will. They seemed to not even want me there. After I ordered I had to stand there waiting for my coffee while the two rude barista's whisperered back and forth eyeing me like I was holding a gun. I do not look shady or anything, I am a small middle aged female. It was disgusting. I am not sure what exactly their problem was but judging by the warm reception the next two people got, it seemed related to whether or not I was/spoke Korean. Whatever it was it was inexcusable.Btw I just want to say to the reviewer VeganWitch other people's experiences are not your concern change that W to a B and mind your own business. I bet that account belongs to the angry little employee

Good bbt with unfriendly cashier. This place is a family business so, the chubby lady won`t disappear. Don`t expect anything from her. Just grab your bbt and go. Plus, make sure you double check your order because if anything happen, she`s going to start arguing and blame it on you.

I used to go here very often so I had 2 free coupon but it turns out it was expired long time ago. I understand that but she could've gave size up or free topping etc. The young owner is extremly unfriendly and unprofessional. I would never come back here. The trueth is there are a lot of bubble tea stores so I don't want to come back here because of the young owner.

This review is not a reflection of their beverages it's a reflection of one particular employee who works there. If you sort through the reviews with very low scores it may all be pertaining to her customer service. You can tell that courtesy is the last thing on her mind, she has a cold demeanor and to top it off, a condescending attitude towards her customers. She had a straight medium length black hair and is on the chubby side. Just in hurry get rid of the customer you can totally feel it if you pay a little attention.*THERE IS SO LITTLE CUSTOMER SERVICE INVOLVED WITH A BBT SHOP HOW CAN YOU GET THIS WRONG SO MANY TIMES. Look at all the low scoring reviews. The owner should be made aware.*I ordered my drink and waited just by the front door as the entire shop was empty and did not have a single customer outside. It was freezing with the last of the cold Spring chill passing by and I came out comfortably and only had a wind breaker on as my plan was to return straight home. When I stood by the garbage can out of anyone's way, the clerk stared me down and annoyingly proceeded to command "you have to wait outside!" When I asked for a favor, "it's really cold outside could I stay here just until my drink comes out" she proceeded to answer with a very bitter annoyed tone "it's our policy!" It's April 11th 2022 by the way.She couldn't tell me why, explain the policy nor give me the decency to treat me like a customer. Needless to say, she soured the whole experience of drinking a bubble tea in the first place, which can be a guilty pleasure.I love this place and would love to keep coming back but as long as this person is working there I would be very hesitant. When I left, she gave a loud scoff that echoed in the store and through the music they were playing. Such an unprofessional attitude and at the very core, wrong way to treat people in any situation.I'm a medical professional and deal with all types of people on a daily basis. I would not have treated my worst patients with an attitude like hers. So quick to get rid of them and scoff at them behind their backs.

Don't understand the negative reviews about the service. Been coming here since they opened and service has always been friendly and courteous. Anyone complaining about rude staff/service..it's probably a "YOU" problem and not them lol. Also, don't expect a free drink or "replacement" if you drop your own drink. It's not the shop's fault you weren't careful and should not have to compensate a new drink and waste their time and ingredients. No need to cry about it and make a scene!Drinks are always great and made fresh. Unique homestyle Korean flavors. Love the kabocha and purple yam with oat milk options! Pearls are always soft and drinks are perfectly sweetened.

No accommodations for those with disabilities I nearly passed out waiting outside when there is places to sit and wait. Love the bubble tea though just hope they start th think of those with disabilities with their policies.

Most recent experience was extremely unprofessional. Instead of being polite and making sure their customers needs are met, I was met with rude and condescending remarks.I ordered a green apple milk tea and was given a green apple slush. When I confronted them about their mistake, they blamed me for not correcting the order and refused to change it. It was a cold night and I’ve ordered their green apple milk tea before, which is delicious I will admit, but I was not looking for the slush. They proceeded to say I was in the wrong and would not correct my order. I went back and fourth with the cashier but instead of being courteous, she threatened me that I was being recorded and then proceeded to show me the recording of my said mistake, which you can tell I was still not in the wrong.As a business, you should take into account for these types of situations and always be polite and give the customer the benefit of the doubt. It was one simple error but they made it a very big deal for something so small. Other bubble tea shops would not be this rude and would have changed the order right away.I will not be coming back again and letting everyone I know not to go.

I don’t very often write Google reviews. But, I had two today. Bubble tea is my secret addiction. This was an absolutely incredibly delicious bubble tea. However, the staff was the rudest I have dealt with yet. Zero personality, super aggressive. And extremely bossy. They have absolutely no care for customer service.
