It was my birthday a few days before I went to the coquitlam location. When i asked for my free birthday drink that ussually appears on the app the app said i didnt have one even though my birthday drink should be there since it was only a 6 day gap and ussually expires after 7 days. The worker said “sorry this has happen to lots of people we cant help you”. Wont be coming here again.

My fav place ever and I've tried alot of places for real. Mango and passionfruit tea is my fav. Some other fav are coco creama, redvelvet and shortbread milktea. The staff is amazing too and always remember my order. I have been coming here for almost 4 years now. This will always be my fav bubble tea place.
I wanted to a get a milk tea, not just a milk.I asked staff to add tea into my drink(still sealed) or give me a small cup of tea so I can mix it. They said they couldn’t do that because of the policy.I can tell why their store is very quiet.Their goal is to save penny but eventually lost customers.Update: The owner replied to me and blamed on me that I ordered wrong item.They only wrote about toppings and didn’t mentioned about other ingredients on the menu that is why it was confusing. They should have written all the ingredients.
Horrible customer service. Gave me a different drink then what I ordered. When I complained they took no ownership and I got stuck with a drink I didn't want. I would recommend to try a different place with better service!
False advertisement. I ordered through ubereats and paid $7.05 for ONE regular size green milk tea QQ that did not have any toppings. We called Sharetea, they were not apologetic and told us that with or without QQ, it is the same drink with no toppings.
The tea's taste is good, and the staffs are friendly. I will come to this store again!
Their Okinawa milktea is usually decent, but the lack of customization was off-putting. The drink ended up too sweet for me. And they didn't give me same amount of pearls as other location.
The best pearls ever! Very chewy and not hard/uncooked like others. The pearls are also always fresh new batches, never overnight!Awesome bubble tea, my favorite by far. To be honest I've had my far share of boba, and Sharetea Coquitlam Lougheed is the one I always come back to.There are so many flavors, new ones and classic ones, and they are all made with care. Not once was I let down!Definitely would recommend to all bbt lovers!! 100/10 ❤️?
I ordered handmade taro with fresh milk, feels good on the first sip. Enjoy the drink a lot. Quick service, spacious and stylish. Good place to relax and idle for a minute.
