I haven't been to a Red Robin in so long that I have forgotten what their burgers tasted like. But I do remember I loved their onion rings.If you sign up for their rewards program, you can get a free burger anytime on your birthday month. You just redeem it by telling them your rewards number which is your phone number that you signed up with. I tried their Madlove burger with a side of onion rings. Onion rings were still as good as I remembered especially with the sauce. The burger however, was lacking a lot of flavor. The only 'sauce' was the jalapeno relish and since there was so little of it, the whole burger was very dry. There were 2 thick slabs of tomato (which I love) but since everything else had a lack of flavor, the burger just tasted like meat and tomatoes. The jalapeno relish did not shine through at all. There were supposed to be 3 different cheese on it, provolone, swiss, and crispy parmesan. However, I couldnt taste it much either. The meat itself was a little on the drier side as well. No juice ran out of the burger as I ate it.I tried a bit of my friends Buzzin chicken sandwich. It was also very bland. Subtle hot sauce flavors. Not much really on it - just lettuce, tomato and few slices of jalapenos. He commented that the fries were really good, moreso than the sandwich.This place gets quite busy. We were there around 5:30 and had a 20 min wait. People after us had a 40 min wait. So come earlier or after the dinner rush if you want to be seated quickly
If I could give it a 0.5 star at this location, would totally do it. The food was actually decent but went in for a birthday meal and was told that I could get the deal after the birthday? Which makes no sense at all. Sat there waited for 15 minutes for them to "sort" it out with the manager when their app clearly indicates it's free burger for the month. Then when we went and asked for bottomless fries, our table sat and waited for 35 minutes before they brought out our cold fries when the waitress stated that they're making it fresh for us. Overall, I wouldn't recommend anyone going to visit this location.
Nice American style fast food restaurants with bottomless drink and sides. Good burgers with great service.We came for brithday. The staff help us ti lighting the candle up. It was a great day.

I ordered their beef burger to go, and was quite disappointed the portions of the sides were very small. I haven't done their dine-in for years, but was craving a juicy burger and fries. Sad to say, the burger was soggy and honestly fast food chains give more fries for half the cost. Maybe it's better to dine in, definitely never ordering take out again.
Really great service, was a welcome surprise. The food is exactly what you would expect, but it's great for kids. Our server was one of the best we have had in a long time, especially for these chain places. Looks like it's being freshened up too. We will be back for more. Nice job!
Overall, the experience was fine, the service was reasonable. They were out of a lot of items. My husband tried to order a few things off the menu that they ended up being out of. Not sure about delivery problems. Wait time from order to table but a little longer than normal, but not unreasonable. Our food was just okay. Both of our burgers were actually heavily over cooked to the point of tasting bitter/burnt. We actually never said anything to the server so we didn't give him a chance to fix it. We were unfortunately in a little bit of a time crunch and, by this point, were unable to wait any to have our order redone. I did get my burger free as it is my birthday month.
Excellent place to bring young children. Staff are friendly and patient with noisy wee ones and the kids always like the food. Kids meals are great value at $6.99 and the adult burgers are creative and delicious.

My boyfriend and I visited last week and I'd have to say it was the most disappointing and upsetting visit ever. I have been visiting this location for 10+ years and I have always had a good experience but the server we had last week was rude and unwelcoming.My boyfriend ordered the Whiskey River Beef Burger and upgraded his fries to a poutine. I usually always order a kids cheese burger as the regular size burgers are usually too big for me to finish. I have been told before that I can order it but I am not able to get the drink and dessert which come with it, which is totally understandable. However, this time the server who's first letter starts with an A told me that I have to order a drink to get the kids meal. I told her that I've never had issues ordering the kids meal before without having to order a drink and she said "well thats usually how it is". So I ordered a Coke for my drink.The food came, it was good as usual. During my prior visits, one of the servers told us that we can switch between the bottomless sides...so we can get fries and then switch to the salad if we wanted to. We had no idea we could do this and were amazed by this. However, this time around while we were eating our burgers (half way through the meal), we asked if we would be able to get 2 salads given what we had been told before and have never had any issues from other servers. But when we asked our server this time, she literally scoffed at us and said "k" and walked away. My boyfriend and I were confused, we were wondering what we did wrong and why she responded to us in such a rude manner but we let it go and did not say anything to her.During our entire meal, we had to wave her down meanwhile I noticed she checked up on her other tables, asked them if they wanted more fries, refills etc but not with us.We finally asked for the bill and while I was paying for my bill she walked away as I understand servers are busy given that I was also a server before. My payment went through, and she came back, picked up the debit/credit machine without even looking at us and walked away...without even a thank you or enjoy the rest of your night or anything. She did not even say one single word to us after we paid...and it was at that moment that I was extremely upset and irritated.This visit left an extremely sour taste in my mouth. I have never had such an experience before and I am not even sure why the server was so rude towards us when we did nothing wrong... even writing this review now, it still gets me irritated thinking about it. I am just extremely disappointed and upset at the way we were treated.
