Amazing! I shop here every 2 weeks. I arrive at 7am when the doors open. No crowds, no waiting, everything is all stocked up full and fresh! I'm in/out in .40 min. Get up super early, and beat the crowds!

I’ve been doing my online grocery order through PC Express for awhile now and it seems like the service has gone bad. Every time I come to pick up my order it’s a long wait time, also whenever I’m ordering the stuff I want they seem to never have anything. And whenever I ask them to go check if they have the item I seem to get attitude through the phone. Management in that department has seriously gone bad. Whoever is the manager in that department needs to do better because I am not impressed.

The assistant store manager Debbie is the rudest person I’ve ever encountered in my life. She’s very aggressive, has an attitude and talks to you like you’re a child. She deserves to be fired.

I have not gone to SuperStore for awhile and I actually went today with my special needs son as an alternative to Wal-Mart which has recently become quite expensive and always out of grocery items that used to be readily available. I had accumulated some reward points so I thought to redeem accordingly. Unfortunately, I was unable to do that as my Optimum Card and PC Financial MasterCard were not linked together. Therefore, I could not use those points! And besides, I had found the prices at SuperStore just as expensive. Like gasoline prices and restaurant prices, there seems to be a collusion amongst competitors which begs the question of whether we are a free market society anymore!

Great big box shopping experience. Departments, other than groceries include, outdoor, pharmacy, clothing and plants.Reasonably priced. Freshness depends on store location, some better than others.

Had a very bad experience yesterday with the PC Express department. I usually pick up groceries for my mom and yesterday they got her ordered mixed up. I talked to the department manager I think her name was Tamara and she wasn’t very kind about the situation, don’t order from here if you don’t want your stuff getting mixed up

Absolutely pathetic for online orders and pickup. Used to be good but now it's incredibly painful. Average wait time is 20+ mins. Constant problems.Last straw was today when I drove there for pickup and called to say I was there, then was notified my order was not ready and they can't give me an ETA. They were "just about to call me and let me know" at 8:25 for my 8-8:30 pickup slot. Thanks a lot for that.Waste of 30 mins driving there and back and gas money.Cancelling the PC MasterCard and won't be back. Save on has my groceries to my car within 3 minutes of parking every single time and never has issues.

Rude, indifferent, unsupportive staff. The store is always a mess, with no one willing to offer assistance. Customer service is very rude and unpleasant to deal with...No, I won't call to waste my time. This is one of your tactics to brush off the unpleasant review. Get yourselves together. Learn to deal with your customers better!
