Extremely disappointing customer service experience. I ordered my regular pizza special that i've ordered multiple times before. When it came, the delivery person informed me the price was almost double what I was quoted. I showed him my order confirmation on email and guided him on where the offer is listed on the official pizza hut website. Driver still wants to collect the larger price. We call repeatedly until we reach the manager. the pizza hut manager also wants to collect the larger price. I guide her to the website and also even send her my email confirmation of my order. She says she will call me back shortly. She never does. delivery guy then knocks on my door again and says he will cover the difference if I pay what is shown on my order confirmation. I say that he doesn't need to cover the difference because that is not what I agreed to pay when I made the online order. Since when does a customer have to argue for 15+ minutes to pay what is listed on the website and confirmed via email order confirmation? In summary, the experience was a lesson in how to make a regular customer feel like a thief and ruin years of goodwill. some serious training needed here!

Order was made incorrectly and when I phoned the store a rude person said “I just make what I’m told to by the call centre. If you have a problem call them.”The pizza itself was not very fresh. In general Pizza Hut is good, but you can give this franchise a miss.Presentation was also not ideal (they sliced some pepperoni onto the Hawaiian half). Normally I would not care about this at all, but my conversation with the franchise owner left me especially annoyed by these guys

Will tell you they’ll deliver your food then when your wonder where it is it’s because they switched it to delivery - still kept the tip though.

I ordered pizza for my son and myself tonight. I guess there was no delivery driver tonight as it came up on the website that they were not delivering to my address. But they have before. So I placed my order through Skip the Dishes. The order took longer than expected and was only warm when we received it. But the biggest disappointment was that I ordered and paid for extra toppings on my pizza and did not receive them. I'm hoping to get my money back.

The manager/supervisor would always help me out at lunch time for their $5 deal. He was always so nice, I’d order and then wait in my car and come back to pick it up. Once he brought it out to my car for me. Hope he’s being treated well by The Hut! :)

Located in nearby SUNWOOD SQUARE strip mall next to COBS Bread. We Ordered ONLNE: a Large & 3 x $5 mediums, all from Pizza Hut's specialty pizza menu with a specific delivery time. The pizzas arrived very hot within 5 minutes of the requested time (Great!). We used preset Pizza Hut choices in 3 different flavours & 1 custom toppings. All were all very good taste and with proper level of toppings on all.

It took like 15 minutes to get my small pizza but it was good and crispy. I think it could be better.

Had a problem with the pizza hutt order service a month ago and went in to this branch to see if it could be resolved. Justin could not have been more helpful and sorted everything out despite it not being his problem. Many thanks

Transferred through 4 numbers to get to the actual store? Got hung up on also. This took 30 minutes. Finally, the pizza was left at the door with no notice. There was no doorbell, no text, no call. It got cold and almost got eaten by rats. Thanks. I gave 2 stars since it actually came at least. Here is an imagine of reheating the food.

I went to order cheese pizza. While I was waiting for the pizza I noticed one of the chefs whom was working with raw ingredients was wearing his mask half way that his nose was out and I could see almost his mouth too. He was going back and forth to the fridge touching the door with his bare hands and touching the ingredients without washing his hand or using gloves. I whispered to the manger about my concern and he asked the guy to adjust his mask. He washed his hand that took 2 seconds and In five minutes the chef’s mask was again the same and still no gloves. The manager and the other guy who were walking in front were between working with machine and boxing the pizza without washing hands. The hand sanitizer at the front was empty. Not going back for a long long time.
