Super huge portion, 2 dishes easily enough for 3-4 pax. Spring roll was a bit disappointed and meat was too oily. But all in all a good dinner

Today I went to this restaurant and they served me chicken wings and that was so so hot and they did not tell me how hot it is and when I wanted to eat, my lips and face burning very badly. I ask the manager to come and I told her it was so hot and you had to tell me how hot it is . She was very rude and she said this is ridiculous, the food is hot and you have to know it. She did not say even we are sorry for that and even she said if you want to leave you have to pay 47$ and even she did not care about their mistake. I paid 47$ and leave without eating anything . Now I just want to let you people know how they are rude and they are not responsible for their mistakes. ???

NO TIP FOR NO SERVICE, period, lady.As a frequent customer, I found it appalling that you came to my table to demand a tip. As I explained, no tip today because I didn't receive any service, no water refill, no one checking if the food or service is ok, no one responded to my request, etc.You quoted 3 reasons that you should receive a tip, in the sequence that it occurred:1, this is not a fast food place, but a restaurant!2, you not only cooked but put also bring the food onto the table for us, how nice!3, you all have been busy and that explained why the no service, that I " have to understand it"Well, here is my response, again, in writing this time, since I truly feel you have been SPOILED and misled by the Canadian generosity:1, it has nothing to do what you call yourself, service level dictates tip level, good services deserves more tips, no service means no tip. I can call my self Prime Minister, but I still don't get paid his salary/pension.2, you indeed cooked and served the food to my table, but I also paid you a fair market price, printed on your menu. Mind you McDonald's brings food to their customers' tables and refill coffee nowadays, and still humbly demand no mandatory tip, I can tip them if I want to.3, hire more people, pay them better so they stay. I "understand" you are busy, and I didn't complain for being ignored by the waitresses precisely because I knew you were all busy. but hey, what I don't "understand" is your guts to demand tips while acknowledging "no service today". that's beyond me. if I were you, I would ponder upon why no tip from this customer and tried to improve service level, instead of courageously demanding tips from your customers.we all do something for a living, and we should NEVER take the other peoples' generosity for granted; even horrendous to think it's what you should ALWAYS get, even when you are not even doing your job.Thank youA customer who will not return for obvious reasons

Pho broth was tasty, and the amount of meat they put in was excellent! Noodles pulled apart really easy once put into the broth, DELICIOUS! An all around incredibly tasty meal!

Recommend for a good Vietnamese restaurant in Coquitlam area.Good location, easy to commute either by car or buses.Big portion, good price.I like Pho the most. Then, dessert will be second.Strongly recommend.

Staff are so welcoming and lovelyOrdered lemongrass chicken banh mi - oh my gosh it was the best banh mi I've ever had! So big! So fresh so flavoursome!! I also ordered spring rolls and they were amazing! Great crispiness and stuffed generously! Can't wait to go back. Didn't get chance to take a photo as I ate it very quickly ?

The food is good, but the service is terrible. Our waters were empty by the time they brought our food, and were not refilled at all during our meal. They never brought us tea, and i had to ask 3 times just to get a napkin. After I paid the bill the waitress rudely said that the bill didn’t include tip… who asks for a tip when they provided the absolute bare minimum service?! We’ve been going here for years, but after today will not be back. Also prices increased 20% since the last time we visited!

Have been visiting the city for the last week and have repeatedly visited Pho99. Polite staff and great food (I recommend the lemongrass pork). Definitely highly recommend. Mid level prices but definitely worth the money.

Pho99 is an institution in the tri cities area. However, went last night for dinner and was quite disappointed... ordered pho dac biet (house special), a beef broth, and happened to find a shrimp shell in the soup.... if I had shellfish allergies this would've potentially been dangerous as I have no idea what went in this soup... also asked for extra cilantro never to receive it. Servers weren't attentive either. Soup is still consistent at least.

Such a good pho restaurant. Affordable and yummy. The broth always tastes rich and flavourful, service is very fast and professional. One of the staff, Brian, always gives exceptional service! Been here 3 times now and will keep coming back when I’m in the area.
