AVOID AT ALL COSTS. If I could I would give them zero stars. Firstly, customer service is very poor. Two ladies were working and one of the lady got the order wrong (sizing). Never wrote down the order but it was short and simple as we ordered 2 of the same item. Once we learned that the order was wrong we told them and both ladies ignored us and did nothing to rectify the situation. The issue was about sizing... we wanted large and they ignored us and we even told them that we are still hungry from it but continue to ignore. Very awful I would not recommend going there at all. The first sign of any issue they do not even help a customer. The issue was so small and easy to rectify. The fact that they did not even attempt they IGNORED US, shows that the lack of respect to customers. We asked you really not going to do anything and they both ignored. Secondly, the place is not hygienic they sat us in an area that had mold odours so we asked to move. I will not continue to support this pho place as we dined there multiple times prior to this incident.
The food is always superb, the owner always remember what we liked. I bring my kids here and everyone is kind to them
Good service, and good portions. Love the broth here; could drink it by the gallon. They don't skimp on the beans sprouts and basil either.

Ordered pho from here last night. The noodles seemed to be in a lump like it was prepared ahead of time and kept in the fridge but the rest was all good and fresh.

Good portion. Fair price. Noodle in the take out container sticks together and I hope they can find a better way. Otherwise not bad.
