Most wonderful drink making experience by two lovely baristas on a Wednesday evening at 9:48 PM. We got the peach oolong freshly brewed tea with mango jelly and a chocolate milk with pearls. fast, efficient service, and the drinks were quality. would recommend to my grandkids, I was able to chew the pearls with my dentures. The young man manning the cash register was very lovely and the other worker had very beautiful hair.
Staff at Coquitlam centre location are rude. Not going back, thanks to this guy who couldn't wait 2 seconds while I explained to my 82 year old mother, who is hard of hearing, that we have to wait outside. Started yelling at us instead.
I like coming here because the staff are so kind and their bubble tea is good as well.I usually ordered fresh milk black tea with pearls. I wish they can ease up with strict covid protocol little bit and have a earl gray tea as well.

Pretty busy place. Good selection of bbt and smoothies. Open late. The dessert options are a bit sad looking - super tiny pieces of prepackaged cakes (cheesecakes, mousse cakes...etc.). Limited seating - 3 small round tables, love seat and some stools by the counter. Good place if you are already in the neighborhood. Lots of parking available. Wifi spot.
the people complaining about continuing to require masks are pretty selfish, they have no idea how the staff feel/if the staff are high risk or have high risk family. i feel sorry for the staff because they must get a lot of complaints about this! i think you all are doing the right thing.anyway- you all have good, consistent drinks. i’m a frequent customer and will not stop coming anytime soon. i do wish you would add milk foam/cheese foam to your menu! i think it would be really popular!:) and/or possibly some teas with fresh fruit would be awesome.
Excellent service and great selection
Forcing a mandatory mask policy despite the mandate being over. Should be shamed for this. Not right. Not very bright either. Turning away many potential customers and revenue.
Coconut slushy and lychee green tea are my favorite.
