I had a lot of deliveries for pizzas and wings and it's always been fresh and prompt delivery, even when they were very busy. The service is always excellent, the drivers always courteous. Both pizza and wings are very good.
Ordered the italian medium pizza with pineapple and extra crispy. Aswell as bbq wins extra crispy.I placed it at 7pm only just got the order at 820p.Tried to call and talk with manager who didn't seem to care but to blame uber.My food was cold and soggy. Not crispy. Missing pineapple. No utensils as requested in the app.Not sure why a business would send out cold food, and not even at least wait until the confirmed driver is for sure coming to pick up the order. Like just make it then realize over an hour later the driver picks it up and send out cold food.???Then why i try to talk with them they just argue on the phone. Yelling me to deal with uber. Nothing he can do as a business.
Wow! All I can say is Wow! I come to this store everyday and I see the same man working his a** off. I believe he is the manager of the store and goes by the name of Alex or something. An absolute unit as well, prolly pulls mad at parties tbh ngl. All I can say is, the store must be really proud to have such a hardworking, smart and cute employee. Definitely deserves a raise or something.
Anish delivered my pizza. He was very cool, and had awesome customer service. Definitely would give him a raise.
Great pizza, I've been a papa John's customer for long time I tried papa leos and I think it's better tasting and quality.
Pappa Leo's always has my pizza slice needs covered regardless of where I find myself in the Tri cities. Awesome no-nonsense Canadian style pizza at a great price. Thick pillowy crust with a proper layer of cheese and toppings that satisfy my craving every time. This location is my favourite as they produce consistently good Za and have a solid team.
Super awesome pizza place, but half the time the pepperoni is on the bottom, half the time on top. Not a lot of consistency
Ordered food from this place way back a while ago I can't remember. I do remember why I stopped ordering pizza from this place. Driver tall guy comes to my house leaves food on the ground during a pandemic. So I asked please take it off the ground I guess he thought I was being rude then things get super uncomfortable he becomes extremely confrontational as he left he shoves the pizza in my hand regardless I wish him a good day. But wanting to fight me over a trivial matter is not okay.
This pizza is truly the best around! I love that is not greasy either! Tastes super fresh! Great job!
Got food poisoning when I grabbed two slices of pepperoni from the heater, while my colleague had a fresh vegetarian made and he was fine. Fair warning provided for future customers.
