I love Ninja Bubble Tea because their food and drinks taste delicious and their staff is always friendly. I always make sure to get the Big Island Combo or the Mac n' Cheese Combo because your drink will be 50% off along with your food! I'm a bit disappointed that they don't have dine-in options like they used to, but regardless I still adore this place.
This place used to be really good. I used to love their regular ninja milk tea but now it tastes almost like water, which is upsetting. I would come here with my son and get him fries, which he loved. Customer service is always amazing, though.
Went on a weekday (late) evening, approximately half an hour before closing. There was a line consisting of a few people, which made for a 5-10 minute wait before ordering. The menu is quite extensive with many options for customization, so the time in line was well spent. There are a number of different sizes to choose from with a very fair price point for the amount of drink.Ordered a passion fruit lemon refresher and watermelon milk without any additional toppings. Drinks were made upon ordering within 5 minutes. Staff were polite and patient with ordering and very diligent in their work despite the busyness.Would recommend a visit for some reasonably priced bubble tea choices.
Tried their poke for the first time and it was great! Friendly staff and generous portions. So many bubble tea options, their Matcha Iced Milk is my go to. Cool option of getting their super large bubble tea which is great for sharing
Yummy bubble tea, never disappointed! Sometimes the lines can get long and for some reason there isn't a sense of urgency to get all hands on deck to punch drinks out but I don't think I've ever waited more than 10 minutes and this certainly isn't a large chain type place so it's not too bad.I still have yet to try the food but I will update once I have. Their poke looks so good!!
Delicious, decent sized regular poke bowls. They have an offer where you get half off drinks if you get the regular bowls which is a great deal. Friendly staff and quick food, though they can get a bit busy around 3 PM. I always try to go here once a week!
Has changed significantly for the worse since the last time I reviewed it. Removed board games, added Poke. Overall quality of drinks has taken a steep dive. Also they do not actually have a phone line which was a problem as I needed to check the ingredients for allergies for a friend. I would recommend to go elsewhere unfortunately.
I really wanted to like it. I asked for mango milk bubble tea. Milk and water was separated and mango tasted like a flavor, not the actual ones. There is a one shop in coquitlam center they make it from fresh fruits and it's so good so that was my idea of milk mango bubble tea.
Got an almond milk smoothie with real mango and strawberries.... It was great. Great flavours, creamy, and smooth. 100% recommend!
Thank you Justin who was super nice to me! Came here after a few years. I have been coming here since it opened in 2013 I believe. Was in high school at the time. Great memories.
