Delicious food and serve fast than I excepted. The food quantity is definitely bigger than other BBQ store located in lower mainland.

My personal favorites are Steamed Stuffed Bun, Beef Skewers, Pork Belly, Chicken Skewers, Fresh Sheep Bone Skewers, Mushroom On Tinfoil, Brown Sugar Glutinous Rice Cake and Eggplant

Used to be a regular customer when they first opened. However, I got very sick (fever, diarrheas and vomiting for couple days) when I ordered takeouts from this place. I still gave another 2 tries after that, but still got diarrheas every time I ordered takeouts. The food quality is very inconsistent. Don’t think I will return to the place again. ? So disappointed!

Great taste and service! Too good that we forgot to take pictures. Went there with a couple friends for the first time. We would definitely suggest this one to our other friends and go there again in the future. Love their ordering system - you scan the QR and order from the phone. 1 star lost - still room for improvements. They forgot a few skewers that we ordered because we had the longest order slip. So we had to remind them. Also they explained the cold dish was what we ordered, but it clearly showed "cauliflower" on the menu and picture of the dish was pretty clear it's cauliflower. They insisted the mixed veggies (bean curd, fungus, cucumbers) which we already finished (still had a few bean curd left) was the cauliflower. I guess they are still new at running this restaurant, so we let it go because the mixed veggies cold dish was pretty good and they didn't charge us on the cauliflower that wasn't served. Suggestions: 1. The server to name the dish before they put down anything on the table in case it was for another table. 2. The server should also cross out the item on the order slip after the dish has been served - easy for them and customers to track what's been served and what's not. 3. They should also have an item on the menu for local beers with prices, so the customers can tell the discrepancy between local and imported beers. 4. They should also have a system to help the server to keep track what brand they are still in stock and those that are sold out. Perhaps have another menu for liquors with an empty space to mark which ones are "sold out". 5. Install a bell at every table - easier for server to track the table and customers to get their attention.

Was really excited to try this place but ended up thoroughly disappointed. To be fair, the food was decent. I'll give the food 3/5.The problem was the dining experience. The restaurant was so poorly run. Servers seemed very inexperienced and not properly trained. They would carry food out from the kitchen and visit each table to see who ordered it, which was very uncomfortable for the diners. We waited over a hour for an item and each time we followed up with them, they would go back to doing what they were doing before without actually following up with the kitchen. We ended up canceling the item. Queue management was also poor. People waiting for tables and takeout orders were standing all over the place. Again, very uncomfortable, especially admist Covid times.I would not go back. If they want to become a successful restaurant, they need to drastically improve their work flow and create a better dining experience for customers.

Food was delicious but portion was small. It was crowded at dinner time as a new restaurant so I guess that’s why everything was slow and we have had three missed dishes till we finished. It’s not a kid friendly restaurant as there was no extra chair or hook to put our coats and bags etc. Make sure to request non spicy food before ordering and always double check your bills. Reservations are recommended if going with a group of six or more around dinner time.

I dont write reviews often, when I do you know I had a really bad experience. The food itself was just OK, wasn't amazing. The steamed stuffed buns was a recommended item, but honestly I wouldn't be surprised if they were just roasted T&T buns. The worst part of the experience was that we never got one of our items (beef skewers) after an hour of waiting. While we were there, there were also other tables that were missing food at the end of their meal. The waiters were very inefficient, there were multiple times where dishes were ready to be served, but sat at the window for minutes. It's kind of disappointing that one of the only Chinese BBQ restaurants in the tricities is nothing to write home about.

This place serves different kinds of skewered meats and veggies. They also have braised dishes, soups and desserts. I found their tomato soup very satisfying and a good pairing with the skewers. It's not yiur typical dinner place but if you are looking for a place to have good quality food with your beer or soju, this is a great place to go.The place is clean and servers are accommodating.Bring cash as they give extra 10% discount on cash payments.

They have some pretty tasty BBQ with decent prices. The flavors were delicious. My only feedback is the eggplant was literally swimming in garlic and it was quite greasy, the meat is a bit too salty but that's not usually unexpected. They had a good opening deal 10% off, i might come back if I'm craving a few skewers and they have another deal. I wish they had more side dishes like smaller soup or salad servings. The ambience is nice and service friendly. However my partner and i found the music to be quite loud and distracting at times.A great new restaurant to check out if you're in the area. Looking forward to see how they will develop in the future.

I highly recommend this place , the staff are very nice and friendly, the foods are tasty way better than Happy tree. My favorite are the eggplant , oyster, and beef skewer but little disappointed with the little lamb skewer.
