I use to enjoy ordering from this restaurant on skip, but lately I started to notice that it was no longer worth the money. I always use to order their BBQ meat on rice, but the last two times we've ordered, they only gave me 6 pieces of meat on a ton of rice and charged us $20 (after taxes) on both occasions. The pieces of meat were also very thin and dry. You're better off at getting BBQ meat that's worth the money at T&T than this place. What a disappointment ?.

I'm updated my review from 3 stars to 1 star. The guy (with glasses) who helped in the bakery is sinister. I spent $84.00 including 5 of their sticky rice with peanuts (each $4.75). He took time to specifically chose all the small sized ones for me. When I realized this, I mentioned to him about it; he said that he didn't know that I wanted the big ones. 1 star for his service.

One of the few Cantonese restaurants with fairly good cuisine, BBQ meats (made in-house) and a bakery - all in one! You will not find another place with this quality in the area. Free parking in the plaza and easily accessible from any direction as long as you drive. Customer service is great and the cost is fairly average for this type of place. We've had dimsum here once and dinner several times. The dimsum is pretty good though a bit pricey but worth (good food deserves it). We enjoyed dinner more though. Generally, we order the two person combination for $45 with the BBQ duck (half) which is fairly meaty, and a clay pot (e.g. beef brisket with daikon, tofu with fish, etc.). The portions are more than enough. They taste good too! On top of that, it comes with an awesome Chinese soup (long boiled), basket of rice and a small dish of BBQ meat. If you're an average eater (regular quantity) like us, you'll have leftovers. They accept all forms of payments. Enjoy!

We enjoyed the food here. Good value for money.

Third time here. Each time the food have been consistently good. This time here for chinese new year dim sum ?

Good dim sum restaurant with what looks to be a large customer base. We went on Saturday to pick up take out and it was packed table to table with customers all without face masks. It was a bit unsettling as covid is still around (Feb 2022). We got the salt and pepper squid, the eggplant bao, and the shrimp rice noodle dish. Everything was packaged nicely and they even cut some holes in the styrofoam to let the fried squid breathe. Food had good taste and was prepared nicely.

December, 2021Lazy to cook after work, Just bought some take out BBQ duck--- skin not crispy, Too lean roast pork--- too soft and not much Crispy skin hot and sour soup -- a lot of ingredients insideAnd tasty My hubby bought some take out from mei mei restaurant for dinner after work.We tried their...Fried beef noodle $15(big portion but not much beef inside, got a lot if bean sprouts and green onions, only 6 small pieces of beef, at least 6 bowls of noodles inside with 6" width bowl)Sweet and sour pork $18(Not crispy, chewy lean meat, but big portion, still half left)Hot and sour pork $9A lot if ingredients inside, with a lot of shrimp and tasty This is only dish we likeSteamed chicken feet, not puffy enough1st time, we tried it.But won't go back there again.

This is a go to spot for my uncle, so I would say its definitely a local spot worth coming to. Considering that, I didn't find this place memorable. We ordered beef chow fun and dim sum. The chow fun wasn't bad, but I felt like it needed some more heat. The dim sum was okay, pretty middle of the road kind of stuff. Some things were better than others, like the rice roll texture wasn't great but the other things like sui mai was fine. Except for one dish, which was the deep fried garlic shrimp rolls.. that was very good and my first time having it. I want to say I would come back just for this dish, but I wouldn't.. however I would have no problems coming with my uncle. If I could I'd drop a 3.5.

Horrible dim sum experience here! The owner woman was really pushy telling us to order their "really good" taro dishes when we were ordering, so we took her advice...and received two plates of COLD fried taro balls and taro cake! Afterwards, we asked her how come these dishes were cold, she said oh I guess they've been sitting out on the counter - she didn't even bother saying sorry as if that was perfectly normal thing to happen. As if that wasn't already infuriating enough, when we were paying, she rudely insisted on holding the credit card machine while telling my mom to pick a tip % in front of her!I would avoid this place like the plague! Food was mediocre and service was horrid.

We visit here on a regular basis. The food here is good for a Coquitlam Chinese restaurant. One exception is the lunch Seafood with 2 kind of vermicellis it's kinda bland no flavor on the seafood. I would give them 3.5 Stars.
