In the age of too much stress, I am glad at least at this Mcdonald’s, the employees have not been effected. Their relaxed attitude towards waiting customers should enable them to remain healthy. Of course the stress they impart on all the people waiting while they gossip and frolic is another story!
Why are the mcmuffins always so hard. I've been here 3 times in the last couple months everytime super hard Mc muffin unedible.

McDonald's manager was unbelievable when i ask for cup of water for my son and they say sorry we are close we have to charge you but system is close I ask him i can pay cash he say sorry No i told him if somebody is going to die and ask you for water what you will do and i ask him is you guys drink water he say yes but we are employee.it was close each other shops McDonald's and coffee shop both of them they didn't give us cup of water even if I was going to pay cash as well amazing Managers Very Great customers service,a d also 1 star is to much for them?????????
No more McD for me .Got a sausage egg sandwich. Paper napkin was saturated with oil when I blotted it off. Will only have a Big Mac maybe once ot twice a year, now that did it for me .
Love the big macs. The young lad at the counter never gives me sauce. And my order is sometimes wrong. "The ice cream machine is broken" No, you are to lazy no clean it.
I have been a frequent guest here for many years before the pandemic at which I would get a coffee and some french fries and sit at the bench in front of the restaurant in Coquitlam Centre. This was a great meeting place for meeting your neighbours and friends and the staff was very much part of that community. Unfortunately, the pandemic had crucified the heart of that spirit and the last two years of the journey have not been kind to the continuation of that community spirit. I am not sure if we will ever return to those days. I have experienced a few issues with the viral application in terms of ordering any food and a great deal of the problem has to do with the businesses in The Mall competing for the internet signal which I have found that the signal has been filtered for access reasons but forces the individuals to use their data plans to order anything off the application which contains all the perks and deals which is very frustrating for those customers. Quite frankly, this digital world may be more suitable for individuals who lack old fashion people skills and I wonder that the same deals and perks should be available to those that are not so inclined towards that digital world which lacks that human interaction! I had given four stars in response to the staff of past years before the pandemic in giving parts of their selves to the interest and welfare of human beings and not to computer screens!
This location is absolutely ridiculous. Longest I’ve ever waited for a McDouble in my life. 18 mins out of my half an hour break. Manager is rude and in-composite
McDonald's very good locaton of Sports check store between Rest rooms at lower level Coquitlam center mall.I am a McDonald's fanI bought coffee & egg muffin of 2~4 times for weekly.Fresh delicious & economy price.And blue berry muffin & soft ice cream con too.Kindly serving
I'm a McDonald's fan, but I do not go to this location anymore because of poor service, incomplete McDonald's main menu, and low speed. Every time I went to this location they did not have any of my orders on McDonald's main menu, not even the simplest one which is ice cream, and the other surprising thing is that this location is closed earlier than the specified time in each day.
