they lost my Id card. but they do not not apologize it. even they do not explain that before they know what happen I got.haha if they don’t know how can explain first when I been there place first time.that day I only said lost card.but they Answer and explained to me in detail which card they got itSo I visited Again today, cuz The other manager said she knew it . but she didn't even look for it, and just ask me who said you.haha ….whatt??? your workerhaha They even promised to call me if they couldn't find itso they took my phone number, but they didn't contact me ever.that’s why am I walked in vain and wasted my time, but they didn't apologize for anything. And you're rather confident.Why do you know why you got a low image .Thank you for the very, very rude service.If you hadn't made an appointment, I wouldn't have wasted my time and had nothing to be upset about, but McDonald's service moved me again.Haha

So I order the breakfast burritos and the manager comes out and tells me there's no salsa but we put ketchup lol... that's supposed to make me feel better?... then she says she called different locations to see if they had any salsa... like if they do... do you really expect me to go there just to pick up some salsa??! Will they send a stork to pick up the salsa and bring it to me in the parking lot? That was an outright lie by her. She never called other locations... what would have been the point for her to do that? The burritos were garbage... tasted like carboard. Then she forgot to add the hash brown I had bought. Always check your order before you leave!! Goodness don't even get me started with the Walmart location down the street and them reheating the french fries... complete garbage! Any oversight at these locations??

I head to this location after 12am-3am when I’m drunk (my sober gf driving).you’ll often see review of “drive through is slow blah blah blah etc” some people don’t understand they have a system reboot which results in the delay but that’s besides the point. Everytime I come by at such a late hour and always asking for a picky order ie “made fresh please” I have been welcomed with politeness and gratitude for my order. Some people are always polite and nice even working nights shift (beats me, I’ve done it and I’m a monster during those hours).nonetheless to my surprise, not only was the male who was getting off at 3am was super polite with my order and payment but as I rolled to the last window to pick up my order (you can tell this lady was tired) she was polite, gracious and patient as I check the bag for the sauces to my delicious nuggets that were made fresh (I know this cause while we were digging through the order it was hot af [she told us “don’t burn your hands”]) she didn’t make a fuss but told us have a good night after. They all deserve a raise and i send my utmost gratitude for their work (hope they see this) and attitude during the graveyard shift. Thanks guys, I made sure to drop by this one while I drove by other McDonald’s on the way home. To the owner, they deserve a raise if not, at least a gift card for their consistent service. I devoured my freshly made cheeseburger (delicious btw) but thought I’d post something to legitimize my review. :)

Great service from the Ukrainian train in training and the manager when redeeming points I am straightening out my order.

Great experience consistently. I was very happy for my hot hash brown, breakfast sandwich and coffee. It was still warm by the time I reached my office in the morning. Drive through was fast and efficient, staff are friendly and polite.

I had a problem with my app and the servers here were so nice and helpful! Gursharn the area leader went more than an extra mile to help me. She delivered Great Service! Thank you Gursharn! Good job!

Very disappointed. The patties for the double cheeseburger was cold, the chocolate drizzle procedure was not followed for the coffe frappe.

This is absolutely the worst Macdonald’s anywhere!! They can’t get a simple order correct. Either really bad management or just overall dumb staff that just have no attention to any detail. Brutal!!

ordered burgers for my family (who all have celiac) and requested no buns. they clearly didn’t read the customizations on the tickets as they all came with buns leaving them completely inedible. maybe pay attention when completing orders. total waste of food, time and money.

Drive-thru is too narrow for almost any vehicle, you should see how scuffed up the walls are beside it. Two times in a row they’ve handed me my combo without a drink. Just go to a different one.
