A visit let me know this was just like any other McDiner.They didn't forget my picky order and made my food well and promptly.I would attach a photo of my Jr. Chicken but I don't want to be "That Guy".
they gave me my mango pineapple slush but it wasn’t filled all the way, so i asked if they could make it full, and they told me it’s “automatic” and proceeded to laugh and gossip about my request in punjabi. i know they could have done it because the mcdonalds along king george and 72nd have refilled full drinks for me. the workers are not customer oriented, making it not worth visiting.
Used the drive thru today. It was an incredibly HOT day. The thermostat on my car read 36 degrees and I was struggling to keep my 4 month old baby cool with thawing ice packs. I asked for a little baggy of ice and these guys were more than happy to help. You guys always provide great service. But today meant a great deal to us. Thank you!
I am disgusted by the behaviour of one of the employees. i walked in the and got yelled at by an employee because they said they were closed but we saw other people still in there so we just assumed it was open. But getting yelled at by an employee is so rude and extremely disrespectful since we did not do anything wrong but got yelled at for it. I would respected them if they asked us nicely to leave but they didn’t. They verbally harassed us with snarky comments how “ we should know it’s closed” when it clearly looked open. So I would not go here because they do not teach employees customer service.
Very much catering to the drive thru crowd. If you actually get out of the car and walk in you get ignored and very slow service. Staff not very customer orientated and trained. Very hard to get the order in properly and get charged the right amount. Make sure they put on the correct item, otherwise you'll get overcharged. Can't recommend this place at all or any other McDonald's that I visited over the last for that matter. McDonald's service has declined a lot since the pandemic started.

Awful. My fries are half full and old, hamburger cold gave me happy meal wrap? Instead of full size wrap . The screen in drive thru was flashing almost giving me a seizure.
Don't go to this Mac Donald's. Watched a burger maker blow her nose..not wash her hands. Staff are lazy. One girl that works late night is always on her ear pods talking to her friends and ignores the delivery drivers. Management is a joke. Has no control over there staff. They let her do it. I herd the manager ask to stop.. she just walked away and continued to talk to her friends...O and they use the same rag all day to wipe surfaces. I've never seen sanitizer used once on any surface. The night cleaner helps with packing orders late at night when busy...but he leaves his cleaning gloves on while touching food.Overall this location lacks strong leadership and management. People will get sick eating here...just a matter of time!
Only been here once. Ordered two meals and went to pay and they didn't have my order... The young person was able to get some help and fix the issue. Made our drive thru experience fairly slow. Otherwise the food was hot and fresh.
First time going to this location. Staff was more concerned with speed and ranking in their time of order than quality and accuracy. (They were talking to each other about beating other stores with no client interaction other than here's your food)Cold/stale fries and missing sauces....but your ticket time was good ?
