This discolored, smelly tablespoon of potatoes was the sad excuse for a side I was given, customer service was awful, line was long and only one person on cash. There were some problems with the taco bell side.If I could give less stars I would.Gross. Don't bother.
Super friendly staff. Restaurant was a little dirty. Had to come back for the tacos ? they forgot and was offered 2 free by the manager for the inconvenience. When the lady who messed up was packing them she said ' I gave you an extra one' I had to remind her that her boss said 2. A little annoying tbh. Overall though nice people. Just an off day I'm sure.
we ate so rarely fast food, but unfortunately we had a bad luck after we ate something from this unit. me and my husband we had both a food poisoning with vomiting, nausea, diarrhea. we called the restaurant to informed them about that and they didn't say not even "i m sorry" and someone told us that the manager is too busy to talk to us. We called the authorities and the whole thing is in process. You cannot put people in hospital and get away with that !!!!
It's still one of the best fried chicken out there. I was just wondering if there's something wrong with the carrots ? supply chain. Those two pictures provided are from different KFC locations.
Placed an order through the KFC website, when I walked inside the venue I walked up to the online order pick up sign and waited. There was no one at the cash register, just a couple of people working in the back.I feel like there was no one in charge here and very little coordination. The ladies working there were just shouting out if anyone ordered this, or that. Eventually a girl saw I had been standing for about 5 mins and asked what I was waiting for so I explained I ordered online, she asked for my name and began piecing my order together.I'm not sure why I had to wait since I ordered online and they had about 15-20 minutes to prepare it. While waiting for my order I noticed how unkept the kitchen area was, pieces of cooked chicken scattered around the floor.After I got home and unpacked my order I was not impressed. The gravy literally had so little flavor to it, almost tasted like some gross water, so I dumped it out. The fries were miserable. Dry, oily, and barely warm. I ate 10 fries and threw the entire large box out. I had about 4 pieces of chicken before throwing in the towel. It was just old, stale, sad chicken that had been sitting out for the longest time.All in all this sucked, horrible food and horrible service, never going back here again. At least clean the floor from all that cooked chicken! Looks horrendous.
The chicken we ordered was dry, tough and cold and the fries were as disgusting. The tables weren't wiped down, the floors were sticky and the garbage bins were overflowing. The washrooms were equally filthy. This franchise used to be our favorite for more than 15 years, but today my family and I were disgusted at the condition it was in. They have lost us as their loyal customers and will loose many more, if they don't improve their performance to live up to KFC's reputation for being famous for its best fried chicken.
Absolutely horrible service, very difficult to communicate even simple things with the staff because of language barrier. Not only that but they are false advertising, I ordered a Kentucky scorcher sandwich, and specifically asked if it came with free milk, which they said it did. When i got my order there was no milk. Also the sandwich did not have picles and did not even have the proper Scorcher patty, which is coated in scorcher sauce (literally what makes the sandwich diffrent from the famous chicken sandwich) instead it just had a default patty. Would not recommend going to this KFC ever.
I ordered 3pc chicken. Chicken only ,I did not add any combo to it. I paid almost 9$ for 3pc of chicken. They gave me a mini drum stick similar to the size of my pinky finger ... hahah. I know sometimes when you order toonie Tuesday, they give you smaller size chicken, it is understandable. I ordered regular menu, no discount , nothing, but I got a pinky finger size drumsticks for real.This place is a money grab. Do not come to this location to buy food. In fact, I think all kfc are money grab now, they don’t care about customer and the money they spent.
I love Taco bell. Why don't they have one in Vancouver? This time my experience was great.
Growing up KFC was the go to spot that made dinner appealing. I ordered i 16 piece family meal and we reached a family decision to never order from that place ever again. Chicken taste like fish, chicken wasn't fully fried and meal content was just a joke for 60 bucks plus tip. KFC in my books will always remain in the past, what a joke.
