Huge portions and delicious food. I got the original Katsu with cheese and it was huge! It came with rice, cabbage salad, and Katsu with sauce. It was so good and very filling. You get a free refill on the miso soup, salad and rice. Service was friendly and it was my first time there so I had a few questions and they were super patient with all my questions. I would definitely go back.
My girlfriend and I wanted to try something different than Sushi or Pizza for dinner, so since we were in the area, we decided to stop in and try this place.I ordered the Carbonara Udon, and it was very surprisingly good. It was my first experience of combining an asian style noodle with a european style creamy & rich sauce. I understand it isn't necessarily considered "fusion cuisine" to some people but to me it certainly felt like it. I have to say that never in my life would I have thought that it would be so good.The service was pretty good as well, and the price was very reasonable for the size of ortion and quality of the dish.the decor worked really well with the restaurant's ambiance and it felt chic, clean and inviting.The one place this restaurant lost some points from me was because when I came, it was near the end of the COVID19 pandemic restrictions. I presented my usual proof of vaccination/ID that was conveniently in my apple wallet. It is important to note that Ive never had any issues with this form of ID/Vaccine Passport. The hostess insisted that I still pull out my Driver's license and vaccine card as she had never seen such proof of vaccination so it couldn't be valid. Her lack of knowledge and closed-mindedness should not have resulted in irritating both of us, embarrassing me in front of many other guests and leaving a bit of a "bitter taste" in my mouth. At least the food was delicious and that made up for the unpleasantness of the situation.I will likely return to try this again when the memories of the pandemic will be well in the rear view mirror.
Nice spot for a meal. Got the original pork loin katsu as recommended and the batter was crispy while the pork was still juicy. Big portions although prices are on the higher side (to be fair, most places are pricier now). It did take some time for the food even though they weren’t busy though so if you’re in a rush this might be an issue.

Quaint little location. Service was fast, friendly and accurate. The food was amazing, large portions, huge flavour. The cheese never overpowered the pork cutlets, and the cutlets were perfectly crispy even when dressed with the sauce. Again, portions were huge, so if you don't have the largest appetite, you can definitely share one order with your friend and/or your partner. Chicken Karage is definitely one to come back for. Crispy outside, soft moist chicken throughout. Definitely will be back
Love the food and the option. The potato ball (forgot the name) is surprisingly tasty. Went there a few time after and a bit disappointed that the more tender pork option is gone but still won’t stop me from going again.A side note, I ordered delivery from this restaurant one time and the way they prepared it was perfect. Felt exactly the same as dine in. They separated the sauce and pork so the fried pork chop won’t get soggy when it comes.
Portion sizes are massive! Easy to find location. Ample parking. Restaurant itself is very cute with wood touches everywhere. Clean. Service is fast and friendly. Miso soup and pickled side refills!

Tasty Katsu pork, fish, and chicken! They even bake their own bread to make the crusty bread crumbs. Impressive. Also a good deal as all meals come with refillable miso soup and rice.
