I stood at the cash for at least 2 mins before the worker even acknowledged I was there. The other girl was just standing outside the door doing nothing. I got a wrap and after I finished paying she decided to tell me the grill wasn’t working. I had a cold wrap for breakfast. Awful customer service

As seen in previous comments, mask not over their mouths or nose ( as specified in government orders), hanging on their chins. One girl had her bluetooth headphone in taking calls today while serving me. How absurd is this? 2 girls were working around 12pm today, 1 put her mask back on the other literally stood there on her phone call with her white Bluetooth earbud ( only one in her ear) taking calls with no mask covering her mouth or nose simply around her chin.Ministerial order M012 had detailed explanations of how to wear a mask properly, 1) masks are mandatory province wide 2) masks are mandated in malls. The BC CDC also has instructions on how to properly wear a mask, which these girls did not read or are simply ignoring public health measures, which your company is then responsible for being they are breaching public health measures within your business.This is actually unacceptable and from reading previous reviews this isn't the first time you have been notified. Maybe this needs to be taken to work safe BC as a lack of action addressing and combating communicable disease within the workplace to staff and clientele. This is an obligation of employers in BC, take the health and safety of your staff and patrons more seriously because these girls are showing us, the public that safety appears to not be top priority and I'm sure it is for your business, however, as patrons it tells us a different story when we see things like this happening.Again, this was today 10/27/2021 around 12pm today 2 young girls working. I suggest this be discussed with these individuals.

Staff takes a long time to recognize a customer is waiting and employees are wearing their masks on their chin (not covering mouth or nose) while handling fresh fruits/vegetables etc.

Ordered a Big Blue Protein and a Power Peach. Shortly after, the person and I who drank these had stomach pain and food poisoning. Went to let the manager know (proudly 4 years there).Unfortunately, she smiled and laughed at me and asked me details about the food poisoning. Lady I don't want to spell out for you which end your drink is coming out.After that she told me it's impossible for the problem to come from Jugo Juice because they make 30-40 drinks a day and have never had a single complaint. Which doesn't actually prove anything except she most likely won't be checking whatever she was serving to see if something went bad or is stored wrong.

So, me and my S/O tried this place for the first time, and it was very delicious don't get me wrong. But almost exactly an hour later, a severe stomach ache hit us both at the same time. We had different things throughout the day, but both had Jugo Juice. We even ordered different ones. Whatever was in that drink hit us like Vesuvius and Pompeii. Still a great drink menu, but ye be warned.

Tried using a brand new $30 gift card that was bought less than a month ago at the same location. They couldn’t figure out how to activate it and essentially said it was my problem and they couldn’t help, and the $30 gift card was worthless.

Ordered one of the fruit drinks, but found it to be a little too sweet.

I found a hair in my sandwich and they offered no solution or refund. Terrible customer service
