I have been here quite a few times. The staff is friendly and hard working. At times they can be busy but you can see and appreciate their hustle. Fried rice, deep fried spicy squid, and/or beef brisket noodle soup are my go to dishes.
Food was ok but the worst customer service. The owner came over to ask if we were ready to order, and we said not yet, she rolled her eyes and walked away. Slammed our dishes on the table, and did not say a single word when we paid. There are better places around, don’t waste your time and money here.

Wasn't my first choice, but definitely turned out quite decently. My parents seem to like coming here quite a bit. Their crab meat fish maw soup and Peking duck are things I did enjoy here.
Ordered on skip. Didn't receive an item. I called in and they said they sold out. I told them they should note on skip that they had none left as I would just have ordered something else. Then mentioned to me that I would just get a refund from skip. Such a complete waste of time though. If I wanted to order something and pay for it just to find out later it was sold out 30 min later when it doesn't show up at my doorstep I wouldnt have even bothered. Completely unprofessional!
This incident happened around 7:30pm on Friday, March 31 when we were rounding up our checks, the owner or manager (female), had the audacity to complain that we weren't tipping enough. Our bill came to $69.00, and we had rounded it to $76.00. My standard in tipping is if the service was genuinely good, I allocate 20%, 10%-15% suffice to average, and below 10% is normally subpar. They fell in the subpar ranges so we gave them $7.00. The paying customer has the right to tip however much they wish. They can also choose to NOT top if they wish. But telling a repeat customer that we didn't tip enough is unacceptable, for this reason, we are banning this restaurant for good. There are plenty in the city who are far better. Stay away.
My family has been going here for years and the owners care unlike most Asian restaurants. Food is always good. Thanks Bonnie!

Tried them a couple times for delivery, always underwhelming.This time:Shredded ginger beef tenderloin was mostly tiny breaded chunks. Very little meat.Chicken with seasoned vegetables - chicken was barely cooked (had to check eat piece to make sure it wasn't pink - thankfully none) and the 'vegetables' was large broccoli and literally 1 slice of ?carrot?I don't usually leave bad reviews, but my order every time has been similarly disappointing. I'll be trying other nearby restaurants moving forward.
I have never encountered such as rude of an employee as the one who answered the phone to take my order. She said her name is Bonnie and i was wanting to order a deep fried silverfish. The price she gave me is way higher than the price online so i asked about it. She said thats because there’s 2 sizes the price online is for a small order and the price she gave me was for a large order. So i asked how much bigger is the large compared to the small. Coz if its double the size of a small i would order the large instead of getting 2 orders of the small as i originally planned. She kept telling me the price everytime i asked instead of answering my question. Then eventually i tried to word my question in a different way because maybe she did not understand english very well, she proceeded to answer in a sarcastic way and said “ i dont know its a small fish how can i count how many in the order? So Do you want the small or large? And at this point she sounded really annoyed. I let it go. So i said, let me call back, (coz i wanted to ask my brother he was the one who asked me to order)This very rude lady gave me a loud sigh on the phone and hang up on me. I called back and i told her in a calm voice, i said “you hang up on me that was very rude” i then said i am a regular customer through skip the dishes and i order all the time. She hang up on me again. So i called the 3rd time demanding to talk to the manager coz i was already mad at this point. She said the manager is not in and she doesnt know when the manager is coming back. I told her they just lost a long time customer coz there is no way im going to order there again. I told her she has a bad attitude and she answered “you too” and hang up again.What a character! She did not have to be so nasty just because she did not get the question. Rest assured, i will call that restaurant again until i speak to the manager. I would rather support other restaurants who treat their customer who support their business with respect.
