Came in around 5 and ordered two drinks, they forgot the pearls in one and were more than happy to redo my order and apologized. Leaving the store found out the lid wasn’t sealed, a worker off shift sitting in their car saw and offered to go in and re-seal it for me. Great customer service! Would gladly come again.
Most of the menu is over-priced and they do take a very long time to make your drinks. They also have a lot of trainees making the drinks so they do make a lot of mistakes.

I love the taste of all of the bubble teas that I've tried so far from Gong cha in Coquitlam by the Walmart at Coquitlam Centre Mall! I especially love their both strawberry milk with both the pearls & the coconut or lychee Jelly!

I like coming to this location because the boba tend to be a lot chewier here than other places. I also want to say thank you for the support you’ve given me since the start of the pandemic. I usually get a bbt after a particularly rough shift at the hospital or if I know a nursing shift is going to be tough I’ll get a drink to boost my energy. Thank you for cheering me on!
Standard bubble tea fare. The winter melon tea is refreshing.
One of the most famous bubble tea ever I like the watermelon milk tea the Pearl's are so chewy
I find the pearls over here is a tad more chewy and not as soft as other bubble tea places, but the brown sugar coffee milk tea I got still had a good taste. We find this place also makes your drink a bit sweeter with even a light sugar level than other places, so next time we'll do even less sugar
Two problems at Coquitlam location, too many ppls inside the store 10 ppls +. They don’t follow COVID restrictions. I place online order to pick up 30 minutes ahead and I have to wait for my order. I pick up my drinks same time as the other walk in customers. Bad management.If you don’t want to get COVID avoid this location.You must be kidding?? How big is your store?? Max capacity 29 ???
