This restaurant is definitely a hidden jewel in the Tri-City area which specializes in pizza and pasta at such a reasonable price. The Staff and The Kitchen are so accommodating in providing the customer with such a personal experience that rivals the more expensive chain restaurants in our neighbourhood even those that have existed here for many years. The fact is that the product that has been produced is fresh and customized like a home meal without the inflated surcharge of charging for any extra condiments that so many restaurants and public houses are adding to their high end prices in order to nickel and dime the customers who have also suffered and are victims of the pandemic! We need in our very special neighbourhood the recognition of the people who live in this area and not the corporate offices gambling on the transient players that come in our area but once a year and drop a wad of cash without question of quality of food and serviceability.
Pizzas are authentic so delicious, just enough to enjoy. The server is so friendly and accommodating. It’s nice to be back at Famoso. Each location is a unique experience.
Solid pizza joint. This is located at the mall just connected with the entrance outside of the mall.Location isn't huge but clean and nicely furnished. Servers were very friendly and accommodating. Pizza was fresh and I would go back for sure. Prices aee very fair for what you get.
The pizza here is great! The crust was not too doughy, nor soggy. Decent prices for each pizza. Their happy hour specials look very good! We will come by again one day!
Always wanted to try this pizza place. Really great pizza (and I've tried many pizza places in the tri-cities)! They have happy hour as well.Our server was also amazing and really nice! She was really polite and made sure we were OK despite being really busy (tbh we didn't even wait that long but I appreciate the apology).
We have been to the Commercial Dr location a few times. My kids love pizza and were in the area so gave it a try. Really yummy pizza like the Vancouver location and the kid's meal is the best deal. Definitely a great place for dine in.
EDITED REVIEW:Famoso contacted me as you can see below, and we exchanged communication over email. Communication was a bit dicey, seemed like they were more into making excuses instead of accountability. Which, I called them out on, because excuses were private, not public. They offered a new pizza and salt & pepper wings for free, I told them I would consider it and let them know. About a week later I told them I'll come in and I did so today (Jan 27 2022). I ordered the chicken artichoke pizza and it was absolutely incredible - very flavorful, very delicious. The wings were tiny but the flavor was divine.I change my review to 4/5 because the second time around was delicious, the first time around was terrible. Basically, be careful of what you order, and if you're unsure; look through the past reviews to see what people recommend.-----2/5; Jan 20, 2022: Very bland food, no flavor. I ordered through Uber Eats and the pizza and chicken was literally flavorless. It was also cold, soggy, and messy. Huge disappointment. I ordered because of the good reviews but if you don't like food with flavor, then this is the place for you.
Ordered in twice. First time the delivery took a little while so it came a little cold and wasnt great. But the next time delivery was fast and it arrived hot and fresh you could really tell how good of a pizza it was. In between thin and regular crust. Would recommend going in and eating there so its hot. So much better than panago, pizza hut, etc.

Like the pizza and food was good.Service needs immediate attention - it seems like it’s being run by people who have never served.What I have issue with is servers - there are a lot of staff, yet at least 3 of the stand around by the place where pizza comes out and chat on while tables get no attention.It took a long while to first get our drinks (our server went and made the drinks, then left them on the bar). Not sure who she expected would actually take them to us. It was a solid 5-7 minutes till I called someone over and asked to bring them. Again there were total 3 tables and over 6 server staff.Only one girl Melody ran around and actually did things, served tables, restocked and bussed the tables.Kudos to Melody - she should be in charge of training the lazy staff. The other people including what looked to be a manger stood around and chatted with their backs to customers. One time one of the chit chat group girls came over and said she ll bring side plates. She ended up asking Melody to bring those plates, while retreating back to her sorority.When we were done, nobody came by for a while (Melody was running around doing everything) so I went over to the chit chat group and asked them to get someone to bring us the bill already.Advice to management to look into this immediately as service will keep your ratings down.
