Can’t go wrong with dominos.
Very Rude Customer Service, ordered food but still didn't placed it and when I reached the location they told me that your name is on display but we don't know what have you ordered...no customization of pizza...Also not sorry for the service will never ever visit again......
pizza tasted fine. Other then that, no go. Pizza arrived as seen in picture. Who cuts a pizza like that? looks like it was on a rollercoaster before arriving. AND the guy asked about the tip at the door when I already tipped online. so be careful they are trying to get double tips. very shady
I know Domino's Pizza, and this review is based on the standard that I expect based on my experiences with Domino's locations specifically. The staff were not friendly, they just said 2 minutes and motioned to the door. I paid and walked outside to wait. I came back in, he slid the pizzas on the counter and that's it. No thank you, no anything else. Pizza on the counter no words. The pizza itself was unsatisfactory and it just showed they didn't care.
Last time I ordered the driver was ridiculously unprofessional and lazy, this time my 6 piece cookie arrived in box as seen below with two pieces being from what seemed to be different cookies originally x (bottom left and right) the one on the right was also severely burnt and dry.
Been coming here for 20 years for a reason. The pizza is the best in the business. It's always super hot and on time for pickup. Have had many "authentic" and expensive pizzas all over Vancouver, but Domino's has it nailed down. Brooklyn style for the win. Would be nice if the Alexa app came to Canada, though.
This specific location has tightened its online ordering delivery radius eliminating much of the Westwood Plateau and Heritage Mountain regions, and there are no other dominos servicing this area. I have online orders dating back to 2016 and normally several times a month prior to this change. The new cut off seems to be around 3.5km from the store. You can still phone your order in, but often the people behind the phone are rushed and get the order wrong. You are also omitted from the online deals and customization options you can't easily convey over the phone, especially with language barriers sometimes. This is a very disappointing business change, and brought ~$700 in pizza orders to other chains from my family alone this winter.
Love their pizzas! Although I wish they were stonebaked.
Unprofessional and don't have any idea how to run dominos.First, they forget the drinks 3 times, then it took them 2 hours and 15 minutes to deliver one overcooked pizza. Had to cancel the order and report to dominos
I have ordered from this location for over twenty years and there has been inconsistent results periodically probably as a result of how busy the location is experiencing on a given night. I personally like a pizza "sloppy" and the crust soft and not crunchy so the issue is all about the tomato sauce. The other issue I have found is that depending on the pizza that is ordered is the amount of each topping on that pizza. Lately, when I order a large pizza with four toppings is that pizza lacks the volume while if I order a medium two topping pizza is that pizza is thick and loaded with tomato sauce and cheese. I try to convey this over the telephone and or on the application but usually that is hit or miss. When I order in person in the store I seem to have better luck because I am eyeballing the pizza artist!
