I've tried the veggie Pho 6 times out of convenience. First one was good, next two were O.K. the next so so...The last time was dreadful. Stopped in for lunch, had an unpleasant waitress. Ordered veggie Pho and a spring roll. The spring roll was so ridiculously greasy. As in dripping and see through. The soup had zero flavor. ZERO. It was like hot water with a little veggie stock, a big ball of clumped rice stick noodles, a couple carrots, 2 pieces of broccoli and 4 cubes of tofu. I was left unattended in an empty restaurant for 10 minutes. I ate the sprig roll and 5 bites of the soup waiting for someone to ask how I was doing...Finally I left the soup and went to the counter. Complained. They had the nerve to tell me I had to pay. I paid for the spring roll but refused to pay for the soup.
Absolutely worth more than just 3.8 stars. I’ve visited other Pho places rated 4.5+ stars that just was bad, more like 2 stars. But this place is 5+ for real. Don’t know why it’s only 3.8
I recently just moved to Coquitlam and was looking for a good pho place. I’ve ordered from delicious pho quite a few times mostly on Uber eats. The soup is delicious and not overly salty. The noodles are kinda chewy which I love. My only complaint is that they don’t give you much toppings (eg. Meat, tripe, tendon etc) so I feel it’s kinda pricy for the portion you get. But having said that, the quality of ingredients are great.
Really great vegetarian options! I've been going here for years and the food is always fresh and tasty. Yummy tofu salad rolls and tofu Bahn Mi with pickled veg. Good prices too.
So whenever I ordered in the restaurant, the rice plates are $11.5 and never changed. However, if you go to Uber eats or any delivery apps, the rice plates are $16 before tips and taxs. So what’s going on?
Was fresh and fast and overall a good portion for the price, but it wasn't 'as advertised' - our dishes had neither the pickled daikon nor the peanuts specified on the menu.

Younger lady for some reason looked displeased that I wanted to add to my order, don't know why when I'm paying for more? When my order was ready, I thanked her, she dgaf, walked away without a word, now I'm regretting the tip. Not sure I'll be returning when I don't feel welcome.Food was tasty :)

So inconsistent. Sometimes it tastes excellent, somtimes it's watered down and sloppy.Hot tea is extra charge too. Never seen a pho restaurant charge you extra for a cup of tea.
