Happy with the ice cream and the fact that there isn’t usually a line there. Big portions.I find the cakes very over priced though.The staff could be friendlier.
25MINUTES for food only to be ICE COLD!I did a mobile order outside the door. Walked into the restaurant. No one inside except for an employee eating icecream and a couple eating icecream.I waited.. and waited... 25 minutes later I got fed up... I go up to the counter and ask them where my order is and she says she didn't know I was there and walks to the heating area, grabs the food and hands the bag to me.. I ask her if it was sitting there the whole time and she OUTRIGHT LIES TO ME and says "No, She just made it". I KNEW she was lying because I was standing there and seen it in the heating area when she walked over to get it!!I get to the table and the FRIES ARE ICE COLD! Then I take a piece of the burger patty and it's ICE COLD!I go back her and she makes it again. NO APOLOGIES... NOTHING...She was CALLING OUT to others who did mobile orders and then they left.. She NEVER called my order out. I was sitting at the table 30 seconds after placing the mobile order and waited and waited..Not really all that important but you also DON'T put the fries UNDER a heavy double burger! The grease from the fries began to soak into the thin cardboard container for the burger.HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE!!!!!!
Cheapest owned dairy queen out there, only one that charges per topping for extra stuff.... can be 2-4$ extra, when they don't serve upside down, has an excuse why they don't have to honor the free blizzard.
Was just there at the drive thru. We ordered 2 blizzards. A med recesses cup and a small cherry chip. When they handed me the order there was lots on them (usually no lids) and we found out why when we got home. The cherry chip was melting already with in a 2 minute drive home. The recesses cup had an hair in it. Don't think I'll be going back.
This location has special on small cones for $1.99. That’s good for me as I’m a senior on limited income. I wanted the cone dipped in chocolate. The charge jumped to $4.50!!!!So they wanted some $2.50 for the thin coating! I can understand an extra maybe $.50c or a dollar. I also understand that the low price of the cone is marketing but the charge for chocolate on it of $2.50 is daylight robbery!!!Understood that your regular price for a cone is $3.69 and you charge 0.81 cents extra for the chocolate coating then why not charge that for your special cone price??
Bought 3 banana splits and 2 peanut buster and when it came home it was already melting. The pineapple on all 3 banana splits were off and tasted really wired. So I called the next day to speak to a manager the sales lady says, do you have a complaint, I said yes that’s why I’m calling. The manager comes on I explain the situation and all he says is that I have bad taste buds, but I said all 3 can’t be bad, I said customers don’t call yo complain because they are enjoying it people complain because they’ve spent money in your sore and you’re not even willing to acknowledge or even take care of the problem
Went to pick up a birthday cake (as is tradition), and I must say the birthday cakes at this location are quite good. I've been to other ones in Richmond where it felt like they left the cake out for too long - these ones seem to be of the quality I remember from 20 years ago. Highly recommend.
Really nice service. Always ready with the order for Skipthedishes delivery driver on time. Awesome place and dependable service. The employees are so nice and friendly. Thanks to the crew and management for valuing time of the delivery drivers. Great work. ?

Ordered icecream. This place does not give the same amount of icecream as other dairy Queens in their Sundays. But cones are alright. I ordered a large Sunday. They didn't fill the cup. So I ordered a medium to compare. Didn't fill that either. I payed for my first order and second order. They had it on the counter so I asked for the cones for my kids several times so it wouldn't melt. They just took their time. I asked several more times while they stood there. Then they asked why I was getting upset.
