Great place! Lots of others including myself are so excited for a coco to finally open up here.The staff are SUPER friendly, the washrooms are so cool, and venue is clean and tidy. Too bad the customers aren’t as friendly as the staff though.The price is actually really good. It definitely beats nearby bubble tea places like Shiny Tea, Share Tea and Bubble World. Plus, all the ingredients are actually real.Ever since their launch, Coco has failed to disappoint me (except when they're closed). If you're looking for a bubble tea joint, I highly recommend Coco.
It was good & clean but the mango green tea bubble tea with the coconut Jelly or lychee Jelly that I chose to get, the actual mango green tea bubble tea liquid part of it tasted so unbelievably bitter & not as sweet as I would like to have from these other two bubble tea places that I go to such as Gong cha & share tea because both of those two places for the mango green tea liquid part of it tastes way better and even much more sweeter when I get the 70% sweet & 30% less ice!
I love their staffs' energy, efficiency, and politeness. Especially the tall asian male staff. Great location.
i've never felt it was necessary to write a google review before but….I just went to coco this week for the first time in a while and it was PACKED. There were at least 15 people in the ordering area, not enough space to social distance. Couple people not wearing a mask because they were drinking (obviously) a couple people not wearing a mask just cause. I remember before that the cashiers would regulate the number of people inside the establishment, they would tell us its 6 people max (i think it was) and kindly ask us to wait outside. None of that when i went. Thinking that this was just an isolated incident I went again a few days later but it was the same situation. I guess covid doesn’t exist at Coco.I’ve been a regular at this location for a year since I moved into the area but stopped going this last month because I got covid and quarantined myself for one month. I can confidently say that the staff were completely new, not a familiar face in sight. Barista was slow as HECK and looked frantic like she couldn’t keep up. Cashier looked frazzled didn’t look like he knew what was going on. As I was watching the barista making drinks I saw her hesitate and stop for a few seconds before dumping out the drink she was making. This happened at least twice and I just stopped watching after the second time. Ignorance is bliss and I don’t want to see it happen to my own drink. The old batch of staff that I remember was much more efficient and confident and I’m pretty sure there used to be more people working in the front before.In conclusion:1. Covid still exists, please have better regulations 2. Train your employees before letting them fly solo3. Maybe have more people working so lineups aren’t 15 minutes long and another 15 minutes for the drink.4. I will not be coming back as they have increased the prices as wellAVOID THIS COCO LOCATION maybe go to Brentwood instead.
Went here on Jan 16th Girl at front counter was insanely rude and would hardly even communicate. Was also the longest I’ve ever seen a place take to make a drink. I waited 24 minutes and people who ordered after me got theirs before me. There was only two people waiting for drinks before me as well. Worst experience I’ve ever had in a bubble tea place and I’ve been to hundreds
The order area was packed with people despite COVID, absolutely no distancing possible. They also couldn't make pearl milk tea slush when this is available at other stores, definitely avoiding this place in the future.
The staff is quick and efficient. The product is very consistent and predictable. My favorite Bubble tea chain.
I don't usually write an review but want to mention there was lady who worked last night she was going above the beyond. They don't accept cash but then all I had was cash and my kids really wanted to have bubble tea so bad then this lady she seems like a manager? she took an action taking her credit card out and paid for it! It was 100% worth of driving coming here.
I love their mango yakult! The best! You can add any toppings, my go to toppings is coconut jelly
Tried jasmine milk tea with pudding and no ice. Not only did it come with ice, we were handed a small thin straw that's usually for a plain drink. It was also pretty obvious that it's a powdered drink. One of the rare occasions that we didn't finish a drink and just threw it away. Does not recommend.
