Food was fresh, but service of one girl there was awful. This was around 7:45pm on June 28, 2022. She doesn't know what she's selling, doesn't know what combos include. She shows patrons an attitude, how she doesn't want to be there and doesn't like what she's doing. Almost gave us the wrong order. We ended up getting smaller gravy for 7pcs chicken which was meant for another lady who ordered 3pcs just cause she can't be bothered to check which bag was it supposed to go.
Ordered a classic chicken burger combo and a BBQ chicken burger combo and one of them came with no chicken in the burger? Didn't find out until home since we didn't think to check if the chicken burger had chicken IN it lolSome of the pop was also out with no sign telling so it was pick and hope that anything but water came out but that's whatever
One of my fav places around me.Love your combo. But the taste changes depending on day.
Most staff are great, few people who are working there are rude and people who are working there for the most part of the time they are working with nice attitudes towards everything and try to be as kind and respectful as possible for you all the things that need help with are the cleanliness could be a tad better and the management isn’t the nicest people but hey aren’t there often at all. The majority are all Afghan and I’m not going to be a racist and say that’s bad because they are usually great ? and they have a little bit of a bad time to get my order correct because of the language barrier but they are super nice like ibsaidbibhabebonlybhadboje lady who was rude to me but I don’t think she works there anymore as much or at all. All younger staff too which isn’t a bad thing and be a fast food chain to they are usually hiring younger workers who have no other experience like McDonald’s for example. I’d say it’s good service and good workers . Food is yummy if it’s even made :) . (Sometimes it’s not made up and they cant get it out of the back or they don’t have it in my mind I don’t know what to think about that but I’m always there in the nighttime hours as they are open 24/7) I’d be happy to have some of there food right now !!! Terrible service! Ordered two sandwiches and a three pcs chicken combo +one pc thigh takeout after got home and found only one thigh and two legs! Missing one pc chicken thigh ! Also, they forgot to give me the cup for the drink. But I realized before leaving the store; it had happened twice !!! Last time, I found the drink was missing after I got home !!!
The chicken is great, but the service is terrible. You need to check everything double because most of the orders will come wrong, missing items or simply wrong by mistake of the servers or cashier. Last time I ordered 3 5 pieces of chicken tenders, saying REGULAR, NO SPICY please 3 times because it was to my kids, and after wait for 20 min( they are always passing the delivery orders before the walk in customers), the order came all spicy, and my kids was very disappointed. Be aware!
Just received my SkipTheDishes order and one of the 2 combos was missing.Called the store to ask about the order and the girl who picked up the phone could barely communicate and kept saying she’s gonna call the manager about a refund, and that she was working alone.Such poor service from this store. Will not be ordering from this store ever again. I understand that there will be mishaps, but it’s after midnight and I’m sure there’s no rush.Please be careful with the orders next time. ? this is the last thing people need after a hell of a days work.
Honestly my go-to for great 24/7 chicken within the Lougheed area.Chicken is always fresh, juicy and tender. Service is always good even though they might be busy. Staff are always helpful and friendly.Would recommend just stopping by for a quick late night munch.
Just had a horrible experience at north road churches. Besides the food being terrible and needing a translator to place an order, the employees couldn’t get a simple task right if they green card depended on it. I ordered spicy drum sticks, when I went to collect my order they asked if I wanted regular drumsticks, I said no, I ordered spicy, the girl took my box of food and came back and handed it to me. I sat down opens my box and I had ZERO spicy drumsticks. I brought the box to her to complain and she said sorry we are out of spicy drumsticks and asked if “it was okay”, after they had taken my money and given me the wrong food twice. Not Canada ready, 2 thumbs down.
