How to rate this store ? It was Saturday and very hot outside and I guess a lot of people did not want to cook themselves. So very very busy.Anyways we order the big family pack and she more than KFC, was a high amount of food.A d it took a while to get everynodirs orders filled. But when it was ready .. it was hot hot hot.Coldsaw was good. Fry's eS good. Gravey was good. And a lot of chicken. Enough for 6 easy. Perhaps seven.
I love the chicken at Church's Chicken. The chicken recipe is the best! But the service at this location is the worst... every... single... time. The people that work here are friendly, but it is horribly understaffed and no one has a sense of urgency there. It's painful to watch the staff work behind the counter. The chicken is their only saving grace.
Watch it guys change of ownership . Quality of food has dropped tremendously . Bought 3 pc special last night only to find out that the chicken were of a darker brown colour and indication of stale oil . Staff were told to give lesser fries . It’s new ownership and they are lieing saying just some new staff . New management please have confidence in yourself . Not going back and willSpread the word around .
Church's chicken is by far, in my opinion, the best fried chicken in Vancouver. I often go to this location, but can't help noticing that waiting times are becoming nothing but horrendous.I read some reviews and noticed the owner "appreciates the feedback" but does not do a thing to expedite service. Some complaints are a year longPrices have been going up steadily for a while, but at the same time customer service has gone from bad to no existing. Can't the owner hire more staff or buy extra equipment?
The chicken was so delicious, my nephew loved it. The ladies at the store were so kind and helpful. Definitely, I'll come back soon.

Oil is always black. Gravy is chunky, no taste in chicken, no seasoning. Order's always wrong, everytime im there someoneelse is also complaining. I call after I get home and they always say 1 free piece of chicken for messing up. Then when i do come back they say its been to long. I've been coming to this location for 8 yrs. And it's really gone bad. I've always posted pictures of my food and my friends agree that this location needs to do something. Otherwise, allow someone like cheeko chicken or Popeyes to take over that location..... The black oil that seeps from the food, gross. Change your oil!
Worst ever just bought a takeout 12 piece meal combo 6 leg pieces and 6 back greasy pieces not once did they ask if I wanted all dark meat which I don't!!!! Staff so not welcoming or up to serving standard NEVER GOING HERE AGAIN Owners need to wake up
Churches always consistently produces delicious fried chicken and occasionally has some good coupons online. However, was genuinely scared to eat my meal from here as the lady working the window and packing our order did not wear a face mask (had it on but lowered to her chin) and was wearing the same pair of gloves to pack food and accept payment.
Apparently they forgot our order through fantuan and they told me they were busy so they kept us waiting another 15min, where we already gauged the time through fantuan, waiting for 20min. The employees in the kitchen has the worst attitude ever
