Absolutely NO tartar sauce even NONE of their complimentary small tartar sauce packages were in any of our 2 family orders for our lunch celebration yesterday. It marked a negative to our meal. The cod fish batter was also very dry. The family value for your fishn'chips were therefore "not and whoa' expensive!"Customer service is poor too as I called your place today. She said that tartar sauce packages are only offered if the customer asks for them because they are hidden behind the counter due to COVID. I disagree. Good customer service for all competitive restaurant establishments should be that basic things like condiments especially tartar sauce for fishn'chips should be offered by the restaurant, not to be requested by the customer.Only two-stars , good luck next time!

The halibut was over cooked and a couple of the chips weren't cooked at all. Nothing like when the Clover family owned and operated the place. In those days we visited often and never had a bad meal. I won't be back. My wife warned me but I couldn't believe it. Now I know it's awful!!!

We picked up a two piece halibut and fries dinner to take home. The halibut was flat and dried out. Coleslaw was tasty (extra charge). No lemon or tartar sauce was offered. The counter service was not particularly helpful. Would not go back if that is the standard now.

Over the phone order was easy. Food was good (cod and fries) and well cooked. Cashier was slow. the line for pickup was handled in a single thread, which added ten minutes to the pickup.

Great service. Cute retro laid back country atmosphere. Food was delicious. Enjoyed the hearty clam chowder, small size was quite filling with big chunks of seafood. The Oyster burger with coleslaw: very juicy and crisp; ??. Got the smaller portion cod and fries... just enough to satisfy craving. Fries were crisp, rugged cut and so good with malt vinegar and ketchup ?❤

I have been going to the Port Coquitlam location for 40 years. Times have changed dramatically since the overweight owner who is always cooking is there. He is so unbelievably rude that I can't even get my 80 year old mother to go anymore. Tried to go by myself and big mistake. The only waitress they have was difficult to understand and never checked on me one time. I had to call out to her to get attention. My second order of all you can eat fish and chips had dark brown dried out fries. I went to the cook and showed him and asked for a new order. He responded by ignoring me and seconds later I was served half cooked limp fries. I tried to be gracious and after payment said thank you and he stared at me wordless a second time ignoring me. Never again will my family eat at the restaurant. It was noon when I left and there was 3 people inside. There was a time it would have been packed. C ya c lovers, been good to know you.

We were served right away and we ordered a platter for two. Halibut fingers, shrimp, fries and coleslaw. All perfectly deep fried to a golden crunchiness. The coleslaw dressing was a perfect texture with the right amount of sweetness. The place was clean and the service was fast and friendly.

Wow!! These are seriously some of the best fish and chips I have ever had! And plus, it's all you can eat with a bottomless soda included in the 17.99 deal! Amazing! The batter on the fish was so light, crispy, fragrant, and not too greasy! Best fish batter ever! The fish itself was also fresh and flaky. And the fries were crispy and tasted of great potato quality. The fish and chips are made hot and fresh to order. Whatever they are doing, they are doing right. What a gem.The service was also amazing. There is great quality real food served here for an amazing deal. Highly impressed. Would definitely eat here again. Highly recommend this place if you are looking for fish and chips.

Fish and Chips was greasy taste bad old oil felt sick after eating here, And service was weird, very strange feeling in this place. Manger serving behind the counter black hair guy was really weird not sure what his deal was but was really rude with his staff. If you are looking for bad service and and rude staff then this is the place for you. Today you have one chance to make an impression and the impression that I got was bad. They make you wait in line outside. My suggestion is to pass it by. I will never go back.

I had a salmon platter. On the plate, the best part is the prawns. If I visit again, I will like to just order the prawn platter.
