Food prices are cheaper than any other fast food restaurants. Don't expect too much from staff because it's fast food restaurant not luxury restaurant.
OMG , the same culture employees dont workMr king , the dirty floors and garbage on it is shame for your industry i did'nt want to take picture so no one gets fired , but please do something and ask your Employees to speak English infront of waitimg customers unless you are runing a family business.
Wow just wow... lobby is empty, no one sitting. Yet none of the tables have been cleaned. Understand, I'm seeing dried ketchup on quite a few tables. They haven't been actually cleaned for a long time.5-year-old with me. ALL the toilets are either very dirty and filled with feces and papertowel. The men's room has dried urine on the floor. Out of all the men's AND women's washrooms they are out of toiletpaper. Exactly the bathrooms you want children in.So, so gross. The manager needs to be terminated, Grossly unacceptable and obvious supervision responsibilities being completely ignored.It scares me what their food handling is like... Eat here at your own risk.
This place is disgusting! Smells terrible. You guys really need to step up your higiene measures. We ended up walking 2 min to the McDonald's across the street.
Good value for money! And it keeps the promise of fresh vegetable and pickles in the burger as advertised unlike the other popular fast food chain. I have stopped going to the other fast food chain where their burger has so much degraded.
Staff is extremely rude here. Firstly, they took so long for making just one burger. When I asked why is it taking so long, the girl (Punjabi) literally said Dafaa ho (which means get lost in Punjabi). They should train their staff on how to behave with customers. Worst customer service I have ever seen in my life.
I've been visiting this location for a couple years and they always get my order correct, something other nearby chains have not. I always order heavy pickles and these people truly deliver lots of pickles, a simple thing that makes my day.

Not a good experience. Very dry burger. The customer service wasn't very good at all very rude and not polite would not come back to this place ever again and I would not recommend this place to anybody. It's not worth the money that you pay for I rather go somewhere else
