Look at this piece of chicken! The tomato is thicker then the chicken. Horrible service. Takes so long for someone to come over and take your order. And once you order your drinks and food usually just sit there for 10 mins until the slow waitress brings them over. Only people who didn't make the cut for cactus club

Great atmosphere, nice staff, and delicious food
Arrived with a group of 5 and was seated immediately. First thing I noticed was that the music was so loud we had to yell at each other across the table to hear each other. Placed our orders which arrived in a reasonable time. Unfortunately they brought the dishes out at different times instead of all at once and to top it off they brought no cutlery or salt and pepper so we had to actually ask for it ! Had to ask for more ketchup for my fries as they give you one thimble sized container. Obviously too cheap to give us a bottle of ketchup. Although the food was good, the service sucked. $100 for a couple burgers and fries with 2 glasses of beer each on tap is pretty excessive.
I liked the vibes of the place so much, the staff are so friendly as well! The variety of drinks isn’t that great but still it’s cool. Entree options are tasty..
I absolutely love the calimari however careful to not choke on the jalapeño or you’re in a world of hurt
We like Browns and frequent this location pretty often as its steps from our building. Service is always great (especially at this location) and quality of food is quite consistent. Only things that qould make it better: they keep changing the menu and getting rid of our favourite dishes (happened 3 times now in the past 2ish years where our fave dishes were nixed) and we'd prefer a better and more diverse craft beer and wine selection.
Last visit August14. WHEN they make mistakes, they fix it and gave it for free.The management of this store (and other Browns as well) have incredibly well trained staff. The staff are attentive and other servers will pick up the slack if our server is busy. Food is good, the service is excellent.
My husband and I had a wonderful evening tonight, celebrating our Wedding Anniversary. Food was delicious…Teriyaki Dragon Bowl and Butter Chicken Curry, then Brownie dessert. The Service was excellent. Thank you so much Nicole.
Pasta was decent. Fish and chips was good portion, fish was solid and tasty but fries were too dry. Good service tho.
